    Advance Series. In cycle 4 we now do Complete Thick V-Back workout Routine for big and wide back. We concentrate on a wide back, so we cover a lot of wide grip and lots of Rows. Seated Rows, incline rows, dumbbell rows, TBar Rows. It's a heavy row workout that will give you a wide V shape back. We cover several advance exercises including warm up and mass workout. It's an advance workout so make sure you stretch a lot before and after workout.

    The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

    This is Cycle 4, we now do big V Shape back Workout for big and thick back. Remember in advance we go with a pro level pattern.

    Bodybuilding on a Budget. A lot of people asked us that we can't afford expensive Gyms or we are students, we live in a hostel, or we live in a village, or our town has very small gym and have limited equipment but we want to build our body, build muscles, do bodybuilding. So we made a series Bodybuilding on Budget to workout with basic equipment. This will be a 25 day series, everyday we will show you what to do.

    This is day 1 of the series, in this day we will start with Chest and Back workout, we will keep the workouts with basic equipment but still give you a solid workout. This workout can be done by beginners or even a bit more experienced people.

    Its a step by step guide which will help you in getting the SUPER body you always wanted on a BUDGET!

    Continuing on with a V Shape Back and Traps Workout. It is a complete workout for back and traps. Ensure to follow each cycle for 4 weeks before moving on to the next cycle. Cycle 5.

    Ensure your form is good, and make sure you stretch.

    You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
    Make sure you stretch before each workout.
