A Fashion photographer and actor from Dubai, Omar Borkan Al Gala, has been deemed by media as "too sexy for Saudi Arabia," after he was reportedly deported from the Middle Eastern country for the way he looks.
Borkan Al Gala was reportedly among three men from the United Arab Emirates who were kicked out from a festival in Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh because they apparently were labeled "too handsome."
Authorities are reported to have said they feared women could become attracted to them, and fall into sexually immoral thoughts, according to Arabic newspaper Elaph.
The men were arrested by police officers from the country's religious police force, the Mutaween, according to UK's The Sun.
"Three Emiratis were taken out on the grounds they are too handsome. (It was) feared female visitors could fall for them," a local newspaper reported last week, The Sun notes.
Saudi Arabia is an ultra conservative Islamic nation that imposes numerous rules on women such as that they must stay covered up at all times and are not allowed to speak or interact with men who are not their relatives.
Borkan Al Gala addressed the report in his Facebook page. On April 21 he posted: "This is what written in newspapers in over the world :) UAE men ordered to leave Saudi Arabia for being 'too handsome'," and added a link to the Streamlux site.

The European Union suspended talks with Russia on a wide-ranging economic pact and a visa agreement Thursday in response to its military incursion into Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula, threatening tougher sanctions unless Moscow swiftly defuses the crisis.
The moves at an emergency EU summit came on the heels of visa and financial sanctions the Obama administration imposed on Russians and Ukrainians over the military incursion into Crimea.
EU President Herman Van Rompuy said further measures could include travel bans, asset freezes and the cancellation of an EU-Russia summit if Moscow does not quickly end its aggression and joins meaningful, multilateral talks within days to halt the crisis.
"We are in close coordination with the United States on this," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said. "We cannot go back to business as usual" with Russia, she added.
However, the EU's latest sanctions appeared weak compared to the U.S. ones and to what some more hawkish EU countries wanted, particularly those bordering Russia. Poland's leader noted the resistance to penalizing Moscow remains fairly high among some members of the 28-nation bloc because of Europe's close proximity, energy dependence and trade ties to Russia.

The peninsula of Crimea in southern Ukraine is at the centre of what is being seen as the biggest crisis between Russia and the West since the Cold War.
Troops loyal to Russia have taken control of the region and the pro-Russian parliament has voted to join the Russian Federation, to be confirmed in a referendum.
Crimea is a centre of pro-Russian sentiment, which can spill into separatism. The region - a peninsula on Ukraine's Black Sea coast - has 2.3 million people, a majority of whom identify themselves as ethnic Russians and speak Russian.
The region voted heavily for Viktor Yanukovych in the 2010 presidential election, and many people there believe he is the victim of a coup - prompting separatists in Crimea's parliament to vote for joining the Russian Federation and a referendum on secession.

Russia has been the dominant power in Crimea for most of the past 200 years, since it annexed the region in 1783. But it was transferred by Moscow to Ukraine - then part of the Soviet Union - in 1954. Some ethnic Russians see that as a historical wrong.
However, another significant minority, the Muslim Crimean Tatars, point out that they were once the majority in Ukraine, and were deported in large numbers by Soviet leader Joseph Stalin in 1944 for alleged collaboration with Nazi invaders in World War Two.

യു.എന് ഉപരോധം നേരിടുന്ന ഉത്തരകൊറിയ കടുത്ത പട്ടിണിയിലേക്ക് എന്ന് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട്. 60000ത്തോളം കുട്ടികള് പട്ടിണി നേരിടുന്നതായും യുണിസെഫിന്റെ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറയുന്നു. തുടര്ച്ചയായ മിസൈല് പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് അമേരിക്ക ഉള്പ്പടെയുള്ള ലോകരാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളുടെ സമ്മര്ദ്ദത്തില് ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭ ഉത്തരകൊറിയക്കു മേല് ഉപരോധം ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയത്. വ്യാവസായിക സാമ്പത്തിക ഉുപരോധങ്ങളുടെ അനന്തരഫലമെന്നോണം ഭക്ഷ്യവസ്തുക്കള്ക്കും, പോഷകാഹാരങ്ങള്ക്കും കടുത്ത ക്ഷാമം രാജ്യത്ത് അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇന്ധനത്തിനുള്പ്പടെ ഉപരോധം ശക്തമാക്കിയതും ഉത്തരകൊറിയക്ക് തിരിച്ചടിയായെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട്. പോഷകാഹാര കുറവ് നേരിടുന്ന 60000ത്തോളം കുട്ടികള്ക്ക് അടിയന്തര സഹായം എത്തിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില് ഭാവിയില് അവര് മരണത്തിനു കീഴടങ്ങുമെന്നും യുണിസെഫ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പു നല്കുന്നു.

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has warned the US not to take "hasty and reckless steps" in response to the crisis in Ukraine's Crimea region.
In a phone call with his US counterpart John Kerry, Mr Lavrov said imposing sanctions on Moscow would harm the US.
Pro-Russian troops have been in control of Crimea for the last week.
Earlier, a stand-off involving pro-Russian soldiers at a Ukrainian military base outside Sevastopol reportedly ended without incident.
Russia's parliament has promised to support Crimea if it chooses to become part of Russia.
The vote has been denounced as "illegitimate" by the interim government in Kiev, which took power after President Viktor Yanukovych fled to Russia last month in the wake of mass protests against his government and deadly clashes with security forces.
In their telephone conversation on Friday, Mr Lavrov warned Mr Kerry against taking "hasty and unthought-through steps capable of causing harm to Russian-US relations", Russia's foreign ministry reports.
Mr Lavrov said imposing sanctions on Russia in response to its involvement in Ukraine "will inevitably have a boomerang effect against the US itself".
