Gamdevi Police का कहना है कि आरोपी की पहचान गणेश रमेश वनपारधी के रूप में हुई है और उसे गिरफ्तार कर अदालत में पेश किया गया, जहां से आरोपी को 8 नवंबर तक पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है.

അടുത്ത കാലത്ത് ജിയോ നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കില് നിന്ന് വിളിച്ചാല് നാലഞ്ചു റിങ് അടിച്ച ശേഷം അങ്ങേത്തലയിലുള്ള ആള് എടുത്തില്ലെങ്കില് കോള് കട്ടാകുന്നതു കാണാം. ഇപ്പോള് ഏകദേശം 20 സെക്കന്ഡ് ആണ് ജിയോയുടെ റിങ് നില്ക്കുന്നത്. സാധാരണഗതിയില് അത് 40 സെക്കന്ഡ് വരെ ദീര്ഘിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാല് ജിയോ തങ്ങളുടെ നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കിലേക്ക് ഒരു മിസ്ഡ് കോള് ഇട്ടതിനു തുല്യമാണീ പരിപാടിയെന്നാണ് എയര്ടെല്ലും വൊഡാഫോണ് ഐഡിയയും എല്ലാം ആരോപിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിലൂടെ തങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രതിദിനം 80 ലക്ഷം രൂപ നഷ്ടമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നുവെന്നും അവര് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല് അങ്ങനെയല്ല കാര്യങ്ങള് എതിരാളികള് കോള് ചാര്ജ് കുറയ്ക്കാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ ഉപയോക്താക്കള് തങ്ങളുടെ നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കിലേക്കാണ് ശരിക്കുള്ള മിസ്ഡ് കോള് ഇടുന്നതെന്ന് ജിയോ തിരിച്ചടിച്ചു.
പുതിയ നീക്കത്തിലൂടെ പ്രതിദിനം ഏകദേശം 80 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ എതിരാളികള്ക്ക് നഷ്ടമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് എന്നാണ് ആരോപണം. ജിയോയുടെ ബുദ്ധിപൂര്വ്വമായ നീക്കം ഇന്റര്കണക്ട് ചാര്ജ് തങ്ങളുടെ എതിരാളികളുടെ തലയ്ക്കു വച്ചു കൊടുക്കാനാണ്. ഓഫ്-നെറ്റ് ട്രാഫിക്കിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലാണ് ഇതുനടക്കുന്നത്. ഓഫ്- നെറ്റ് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല് സ്വന്തം നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കിലേക്കല്ലാത്ത കോളുകള്. ഇപ്പോള് ജിയോയിൽ നിന്ന് ജിയോയിലേക്കു വരുന്നതും, ജിയോയില് നിന്നു പോകുന്നതുമായ കോളുകളുടെ അനുപാതം 36: 64 ആണ്. എയര്ടെല്ലിന് ഇത് 54.7:45.3ഉം, വോഡാഫോണ് ഐഡിയയ്ക്ക് ഇത് 59.3:40.7ആണ്.
ജിയോ തങ്ങളുടെ നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കിലേക്ക് മിസ്ഡ് കോള് ഇടുന്നുവെന്ന ആരോപണം മുകേഷ് അംബാനിയുടെ കമ്പനിയായ ജിയോ പാടേ തളളിക്കളയുകയാണ്. എതിരാളികളുടെ ഉപയോക്താക്കള് തങ്ങളുടെ നെറ്റ്വര്ക്കിനെ മിസ്ഡ് കോളിന്റെ മുഖ്യ കേന്ദ്രമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് അവര് പറയുന്നത്.
