वाशी(शहाजी चेडे)ता.वाशी,जि.उस्मानाबाद== महावितरणच्या वीज दरवाढीला वीज नियमक आयोगाने मंजुरी दिल्यानंतर एक जुलैपासून प्रति युनिट दरवाढ केल्याने ग्राहकांना महागाईच्या काळात महावितरण कंपनीने महाझटका दिला आहे. वाशी शहरामध्ये जवळपास 4300 विद्युत ग्राहक असून एकही लाईनमन नसल्यामुळे फ्यूज गेल्यास ग्राहकांना स्वतःचा जीव धोक्यात घालून पुरवठा चालू करावा लागतो. गॅस,पेट्रोलच्या महागाईचे चटके ग्राहकांना सहन करावे लागत होते, भरीत भर म्हणून की काय वीज वाढल्याने बेरोजगारी ,महागाईच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर सरकारकडून दिलासा मिळणे ऐवजी खिशाला भुर्दंड बसत आहे. इंधन समायोजन आकार शुल्का मध्ये घरगुती ते औद्योगिक पर्यंतच्या सर्वच वर्गवारी प्रमाणेे प्रति युनिट 25 पैसे ते 2.5 रुपये वाढ करण्यात आली असून महावितरण वर उन्हाळ्यात पडलेल्या आर्थिक भाराची भरपाई सुरू केली आहे. उन्हाळ्यात महावितरणने जादा दराने वीज खरेदी करून ग्राहकांना वीज पुरवठा केला.त्याची भरपाई दरवाढ करुन पुढील पाच महिन्यासाठी समायोजन करीत आहे. एकट्या वाशी शहरातून4300 ग्राहक गृहीत धरले तर दर महिन्याला60 ते 65 रुपये बिलात वाढ होणार असून जवळपास दोन ते तीन लाख रुपये वसुली होत आहे.यापूर्वी स्थिर आकार कमी होता आता तो१०५रु आहे, वीज शुल्क दरसुध्दा१६टक्के केलेला असून नकळत ग्राहकांच्या खिशाला कात्री लावली जात आहे.
सतत बती गुल= एकीकडे दरवाढ केली असली तरी महावितरणच्या सेवेत मात्र सुधारणा झालेल्या नाहीत. सध्याच्या पावसाळ्याच्या दिवसात थोडाही वारा सुरू झाला, पाऊस आला तरी बत्ती गुल होऊन अंधाराचा शॉक ग्राहकांना बसतो. उघड्या डीपी, तुटलेलले फ्यूज,लोंबकळणार्यां तारा यामुळे ग्राहकांना धोका असून महावितरण अधिकारी,कर्मचारी यांचे दुर्लक्ष असते.
असे वाढणार दर(घरगुती)=०ते१००युनिट=६५पैसे,१०१ते३००युनिट=१.४५पैसे,३०१ते५००युनिट=२.५पैसे.
वाणिज्य=०ते२०केव्ही=१.४०रु.,२०ते५०केव्ही=२.१५रु.५०केव्हीपुढे२.५५रु.या व्यतिरिक्त पाणीपुरवठा,शेतीपंप,औद्योगिक, व पथदिवे ग्रामपंचायत स्तरानुसार १रु.प्रती युनिट .त्यामुळे ग्राहकांनी वीजवापर जपून, काळजीपूर्वक करावा लागेल अशी दक्षता घ्यावी.

ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങളും ആന്തരിക ജ്വലന യന്ത്രത്തിനു (internal combustion engine) പകരമായി ഇലക്ട്രിക് മോട്ടോറുകള് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്തരം വാഹനങ്ങള് വലിയ ട്രാക്ഷന് ബാറ്ററി പാക്കുകള് ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് അതിന്റെ എൻജിന് ശക്തി പകരുന്നത്. ഈ ബാറ്ററിയെ ചാര്ജിങ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലെയോ സ്വന്തമോ ആയ വാള് പ്ലഗുകളില് കുത്തിയിട്ടാണ് ചാര്ജ് നിറയ്ക്കുന്നത്. ഇത്തരം വാഹനങ്ങള് വൈദ്യുതിയെ മാത്രം ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നതിനാല്, അവയ്ക്ക് സങ്കീർണമായി എക്സ്ഹോസ്റ്റ് സിസ്റ്റത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യമില്ല. കൂടാതെ ദ്രവ്യാവസ്ഥയിലുള്ള ഇന്ധനങ്ങളൊന്നും ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്തതിനാല് അവ സംഭരിക്കാനുള്ള ടാങ്കുകളും ആവശ്യമില്ല.

റോക്കറ്റിന്റെ വരെ മൈലേജ് ചോദിക്കുന്നവർ എന്ന ചീത്തപ്പേരുള്ള നാം ആദ്യ ചിന്തിക്കുക ഇലക്ട്രിക് കാറിന്റെ റേഞ്ചിനെപ്പറ്റിയായിരിക്കും, കൂടെ വഴിയിൽ കിടക്കുമോ എന്ന പേടിയും. എന്നാൽ 100 മുതൽ 400 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ മൈലേജുള്ള ഇലക്ട്രിക് കാറുകൾ വിപണിയിലെത്തിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു, അതിലധികം റേഞ്ചുള്ളവ വരാനിരിക്കുന്നു. റേഞ്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ചോദ്യം ഒരു പ്രവശ്യം ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാൻ എത്ര യൂണിറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി ചിലവാകും എന്നായിരിക്കും.
ഓരോ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ബാറ്ററി കപ്പാസിറ്റിക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചാണ് വൈദ്യുതിയുടെ ചിലവുവരുന്നത്. ടാറ്റ ടിഗോറിന്റേത് ഏകദേശം 17 കിലോവാട്ട് അവർ കപ്പാസിറ്റിയുള്ള ബാറ്ററിയാണ്. ഈ അടുത്തിടെ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഹ്യുണ്ടേയ് കോനയുടേത് ആകട്ടെ 39.2 കിലോവാട്ട് അവറും. ഹ്യുണ്ടേയ് കോനയെ ഉദാഹരണമായി എടുത്താൽ ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം ഫുൾ ചാർജു ചെയ്യാൻ 39.2 യൂണിറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി വേണ്ടി വരും.
കോന ഒരു പ്രവശ്യം പൂർണമായും ചാർജ് ചെയ്താൽ 452 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ സഞ്ചരിക്കും എന്നാണ് എആർഎഐ കണക്ക്. ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ റിസേർച്ച് അസോസിയേഷൻ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പരീക്ഷണ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളായിരിക്കില്ല നിരത്തിൽ. നമ്മുടെ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രവശ്യം ചാർജ് ചെയ്താൽ 400 കിലോമീറ്റർ ഓടുമെന്നും കണക്കാക്കാം. യൂണിറ്റിന് 7 രൂപ വെച്ച് കൂട്ടിയാലും 400 കിലോമീറ്റർ ഓടാൻ വെറും 275 രൂപ. അതായത് ഒരു കിലോമീറ്റർ ഓടാൻ 0.68 പൈസ (ലീറ്ററിന് 25 കിലോമീറ്റർ മൈലേജുള്ള ഒരു ഡീസൽ കാർ ഇന്നത്തെ ഇന്ധന വിലയ്ക്ക് ഓടാൻ കിലോമീറ്ററിന് 2.80 രൂപ വേണം)

जी हां आप को बताते चलें यह पूरा मामला जिला बिजनौर के थाना कोतवाली देहात क्षेत्र के बिजली घर का है जहां पर आज सुबह गुस्साए किसानों ने अपनी बिजली के बिल का भुगतान कर देने के बाद भी उनका कनेक्शन काट दिया गया यहां तक बताया जा रहा है के विद्युत विभाग अपने मन मुताबिक घर-घर बिजली का बिल भेज रहा है और मोटी रकम का बिल भेजा जा रहा है उस किसान का यही मानना है कि जब सरकार 18 घंटे लाइट दे रही है तब यहां पर पांच से 6 घंटे की कटौती कि जा रही है तो फिर इतना बिजली का बिल क्यों आ रहा है जब बिजली ही नहीं आ रही तो बिल कैसे बढ़ कर आ सकता है इस बात को लेकर गुस्साए किसानों ने कोतवाली देहात बिजली घर में धावा बोल दिया और वहां के अवर अभियंता मूलचंद शर्मा को बंधक बना लिया पूरे बिजली घर का घिराव का कर अपना गुस्सा जाहिर करने लगे काफी मशक्कत के बाद अवर अभियंता ने किसानों से अपना पीछा छुड़ाया यहां आश्वासन देते हुए कि जल्द ही आपकी समस्या का निस्तारण का दिया जाएगा परंतु किसानों ने जल्दी समस्या का निस्तारण नहीं हुआ तो सरकार को भी आने वाले चुनाव 2019 के लिए भी चेतावनी दी है
