സ്ത്രീകള്ക്കും കുട്ടികള്ക്കും രാത്രികാലങ്ങളില് കഴിയാന് സുരക്ഷിത കേന്ദ്രം ഒരുക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ സാമൂഹിക നീതി വകുപ്പ് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് എന്റെ കൂട്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം തമ്പാനൂര് ബസ് ടെര്മിനലിന്റെ എട്ടാം നിലയിലാണ് രാത്രികാല അഭയകേന്ദ്രം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുക. സ്വന്തമായി സുരക്ഷിത താവളങ്ങള് ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്ത്രീകള്, കുട്ടികള്, രാത്രികാലങ്ങളില് നഗരത്തില് ഒറ്റപെടുന്ന സ്ത്രീകള് ഉള്പ്പടെ 12 വയസിന് താഴെയുള്ള ആണ്കുട്ടികള്ക്കും പദ്ധതിയുടെ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാണ്. 50 പേര്ക്കാണ് ഒരു സമയം ഇവിടെ താമസിക്കാന് സാധിക്കുക. വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചുമണി മുതല് രാവിലെ എട്ട് മണിവരെയാണ് എന്റെ കൂട് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുക. പൂര്ണ്ണമായും ശീതികരിച്ച മുറികളാണ് താമസത്തിനു നല്കുക.സൗജന്യ താമസം, ഭക്ഷണം, ടിവി, മുഴുവന് സമയ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉള്പ്പെടെ മികച്ച സൗകര്യങ്ങളാണ് ഇവിടെ ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഇതോടൊപ്പം അടുക്കളയും ശുചിമുറികളും ഇതോടൊപ്പം ഉണ്ട്. തുടര്ച്ചയായി മൂന്ന് ദിവസമാണ് ഈ സൗകര്യം സ്വീകരിക്കാന് ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്ക്ക് സാധിക്കും. രണ്ട് വാച്ച്മാന്, മാനേജര്, രണ്ട് മിസ്ട്രസ്മാര്, സ്കാവഞ്ചര് എന്നിങ്ങനെ ആറുപേരെയാണ് എന്റെ കൂടിന്റെ മേല്നോട്ടവും സുരക്ഷയും ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്നതിനായി നിയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നവംബര് 9 ന് മന്ത്രി കെ. കെ ശൈലജ പദ്ധതി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും.

മണ്ഡലകാലത്ത് ശബരിമലയില് ദര്ശനം നടത്തുമെന്ന് സാമൂഹിക പ്രവര്ത്തക തൃപ്തി ദേശായി. സുരക്ഷ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കും എസ് പിക്കും കത്തയക്കുമെന്നും വാര്ത്താ ഏജന്സിയായ എ എന് ഐയോടു തൃപ്തി പറഞ്ഞു. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിനു ശേഷം ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് ശബരിമല നടയടക്കും. ശേഷം നവംബര്17 നാണ് മണ്ഡലപൂജകള്ക്കായി ഇനി ക്ഷേത്രം തുറക്കുക. 17 ാ തിയതി കഴിഞ്ഞ് രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില് ശബരിമലയില് ദര്ശനം നടത്തുമെന്നും തൃപ്തി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു. പത്തിനും അമ്പതിനും ഇടയില് പ്രായമുള്ള സ്ത്രീകള് ശബരിമലയില് ദര്ശനം നടത്താന് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും സര്ക്കാര് അതിനുള്ള നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്നും തൃപ്തി പറഞ്ഞു. അതേസമയം ശബരിമല സന്നിധാനത്ത് ദര്ശനത്തിനെത്തിയ സ്ത്രീകളെ തടഞ്ഞ സംഭവത്തിൽ പോലീസ് കണ്ടാലറിയാവുന്ന 200 പേര്ക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്തു. ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ നടതുറന്നതിന് ശേഷം യുവതികളെത്തി എന്ന അഭ്യൂഹത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് ഉണ്ടായ സംഘര്ഷങ്ങളിലാണ് സന്നിധാനം പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്ത്. പ്രതിഷേധം സംഘർഷത്തിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങിയതോടെ സംഘർഷത്തിന്റെ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പകർത്തിയ മാധ്യമപ്രവർത്തകർക്ക് നേരെയും ആക്രമണമുണ്ടായി.

सैनी कोतवाली के उचराव गाव की आरती देवी के ससुराल में पति ने दहेज के लिए आरती को जमकर मारपीट की जिसमे आरती देवी के सर और हांथो में बुरी तरह से चोट आई , आरती ने महिला हेल्पलाइन181 में फोन कर अपनी बात कही जिसके बाद 181 महिला हेल्पलाइन ने आरती देवी के घर पहुच कर जांच करने के बाद सैनी कोतवाली लाई जंहा आरती देवी से तहरीर दिलाकर मुकदमा लिखवाया व पीड़ित आरती देवी को मेडिकल के लिए जिलाअस्पताल ले गए ।
सैनी कोतवाली पहुचे आरती के पिता ने कहा कि सरकार की महिला हेल्पलाइन 181 ने मेरे बेटी के ससुराल पहुच कर बेटी को बचाया व थाने ले जाकर मदद की महिला हेल्पलाइन के कार्यशैली से सामाज में महिला हिंसा में मददगार साबित महिला हेल्प लाइन व एन्टी रोमियो टीम द्वारा जिले में महिला हिंसा में कमी आई है, एसपी प्रदीप गुप्ता ने कहा कि सरकार की महिला हेल्पलाइन की मदद से महिलाओं को न्याय दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है,लोगो की मदद हो रही है ।
