പ്രളയത്തില് വീട് തകര്ന്നവര്ക്ക് ധനസഹായം കിട്ടാന് സര്ക്കാരുണ്ടാക്കിയ റിബില്ഡ് കേരളാ എന്ന മൊബൈല് ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനാണ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെ പിന്വലിച്ചത്. ആലപ്പുഴയില് മാത്രം 13,000 പേരുടെ വീടുകള് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാനായിട്ടില്ല. വീട് തകര്ന്ന വിവരങ്ങള് കൈമാറാനാവാത്ത ആയിരങ്ങള്ക്ക് എങ്ങനെ ധനസഹായം കിട്ടുമെന്ന കാര്യത്തില് ഒരു വ്യക്തതയുമില്ല. പ്രളയത്തില് തകര്ന്ന വീടുകളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള് ശേഖരിച്ച് മൈബൈല് ആപ്പില് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാന് സര്ക്കാര് വളണ്ടിയര്മാരെ പരിശീലിപ്പിച്ച് നിയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്, സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ പലഭാഗങ്ങളിലും വളണ്ടിയര്മാര് എത്തിയിരുന്നില്ല. പരിശീലനം കിട്ടിയ വളണ്ടിയര്മാര് മിക്കവരും പ്രവര്ത്തനം പാതിവഴിയില് നിര്ത്തി. ഇതോടെ പ്രളയബാധിതരുടെ കണക്കെടുപ്പ് പാതിവഴിയിലായി. രണ്ടാഴ്ചയായി മൊബൈല് ആപ്പ് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നിലല്ലെന്നാണ് ആരോപണം. കുട്ടനാട്ടിലെ ചേന്നങ്കരി പ്രദേശത്ത് മാത്രം നാല്പതിലേറെ വീടുകള് ആപ്പില് ഇനിയും ഉള്പ്പെടുത്താനുണ്ട്. സര്ക്കാര് ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പുമില്ലാതെ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന് പിന്വലിക്കുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് നാട്ടുകാര് ആരോപിച്ചു. ആലപ്പുഴ കളക്ടര് അടക്കം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും ഇതുവരെ ആപ്പ് തുറന്ന് കൊടുക്കാന് സര്ക്കാര് തയ്യാറായിട്ടില്ലെന്നും പരാതിയുണ്ട്. മൊബൈല് ആപ്പ് വീണ്ടും പ്രവര്ത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില് പ്രളയബാധിതരുടെ ദുരിതം ഇരട്ടിയാവും.
