हिमाचल प्रदेश आज यानी सोमवार से पांच घंटे के लिए खुल गया। कोरोना कर्फ्यू के बीच मिल रही ढील आज से तीन घंटे से बढ़कर पांच घंटे हो गई है। इसके साथ ही जरूरी वस्तुएं वाली ही नहीं बल्कि तमाम दुकानें खुल गई हैं। इसके साथ ही आज से सरकारी कार्यालय 30 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति के साथ कार्यशील हो गए हैं।

पिछले कुछ दिनों में दिल्ली- एनसीआर में वायु प्रदूषण खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच गया है। लगातार खराब होती हवा की क्वालिटी के बीच केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड (सीपीसीबी) भी सक्रिय हो गया है। जानकारी के अनुसार लोगों को प्रदूषण से राहत दिलाने के लिए ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान (ग्रैप) के इमरजेंसी स्तर के कदमों को धरातल पर उतारने की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी गई हैं।

वीकेंड लाॅकडाउन: उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी (Varanasi) में कोरोना संक्रमण (COVID-19 Infection) के आंकड़े बढ़ते जा रहे हैं. गुरुवार को अब तक के सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ते हुए ढाई हजार केस एक दिन में मिले हैं. इसके बाद वाराणसी में वीकेंड लाॅकडाउन लगा दिया गया है यानी शनिवार और रविवार को वाराणसी में शराब समेत सारी दुकानें बंद रहेंगी. इसके अलावा वाराणसी को जोड़ने वाले सारे बॉर्डर पर चेकिंग शुरू हो गई है. बिना ठोस कारण और लिखित वजह के कोई भी अब वाराणसी में दाखिल नहीं हो सकता है.
वाराणसी में लगातार बिगड़ते माहौल के बीच डीएम कौशल राज शर्मा ने नए नियमों का ऐलान किया है. इसके अलावा पुलिस कमिश्नर ए सतीश गणेश और डीएम ने कालाबाज़ारी के ख़िलाफ़ कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए हैं.कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को ध्यान में रखते हुए वाराणसी किराना व्यापार समिति ने पूर्वांचल की सबसे बड़ी किराना मंडी विश्वेश्वरगंज को बंद करने का फैसला किया है। ऐलान किया है कि मंडी के व्यापारियों को कोरोना से बचाने के लिए 19 से 24 अप्रैल तक पूर्ण बंदी रहेगी यानी लॉकडाउन रहेगा। समित के अध्यक्ष मनोज कुमार पांडेय की अध्यक्षता में व्यापारियों ने सर्वसम्मति से व्यापारी हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से यह ऩिर्णय लिया गया है।

जहाँ एक तरफ योगी सरकार हर जरूरत मंदो को छत मुहैया करा रही है तो वही अधिकारियों की लापरवाही के चलते सरकारी की मंशा पर पानी फेरा जा रहा है ताजा मुसाफिर विकास खंण्ड क्षेत्र के सालपुर गांव से जुडा हुआ है, जहाँ पर प्रधानमंत्री आवास के लाभार्थी के आवास को अधिकारियों की लापरवाही के चलते दूसरे अपात्र व्यक्ति को दे दिया गया है,वहीं पात्र लाभार्थी न्याय की आस मे सरकारी दफ्तर का चक्कर काटने पर मजबूर हैं।अमेठी जिले के विकास खंण्ड क्षेत्र मुसाफिर खाना के सालपुर ग्राम सभा में प्रधानमंत्री आवास के भ्रष्टाचार का एक अनोखा मामला सामने आया है जहाँ पर लाभार्थी जगदीश सुत राम समुझ के नाम से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अन्तर्गत आवास का आवंटन हुआ,लेकिन ग्राम प्रधान व अधिकारियों की मिली भगत से अपात्र व्यक्ति जगदीश सुत राम आनंद को दे दिया गया
