Digital transformation is redefining how businesses work. It is predominantly delivered through software solutions that grant centralized access to all or most data center resources. Traditionally, this access enables the automation of storage, servers, network, and other data center management operations, management, monitoring and maintenance related tasks that are otherwise performed manually by human operators. Whatever, you make the automation stronger, you need a workforce with the proper skill set to manage those tools and effectively implement the automation process.

When CMOs incorporate digital transformation into that understanding, they ensure their organization is using new technology to drive the personalization of the customer experience in innovative ways. CMOs can help introduce new advertising, UX, and mobile technologies, among others, that will enhance the corporate-customer relationship. CMOs can work with other C-suite positions to make sure that everyone is on the same page about new initiatives and innovations.

भारत में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर काल बनकर टूटी है और उसका कहर जिस तरह से अभी भी जारी है उसने विश्व की सबसे बड़ी अतंराष्ट्रीय शांति और सुरक्षा बनाए रखने वाली संस्था को भी सक्ते में डाल दिया है, जिसको लेकर संयुक्त राष्ट्र की रैजिडेंट को-आर्डिनेटर रेनाटा डेजालिएन ने न सिर्फ चिंता ज़ाहिर की है बल्कि भारत सरकार को कोरोना की तीसरी लहर से निपटने के लिए चेतावनी भी दे दी है साथ ही कहा कि कोरोना पर काबू न कर पाने के पीछे की वजह इस वायरस के बारे में कोई पुख्ता जानकारी का न होना है । रेनाटा ने कहा की महामारी की दूसरी लहर को देखते हुए सरकार को अपनी तैयारी पुख्ता रखनी होगी, इस संकट के दौरान यूएन भारत के साथ खड़ा है और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर हर संभव मदद करने को तैयार है ।
