सोनभद्र के म्योरपुर वन रेंज से वन विभाग की टीम ने कत्थे की कीमती लकड़ियों के साथ तीन तस्करों को धर दबोचा जबकि एक आरोपी मौके से फरार होने में कामयाब हो गया वहीं आरोपियों के पास से एक डीसीएम गाड़ी कत्थे की बेशकीमती लकड़ी बरामद की गई बाजार में इस लकड़ी की कीमत लाखों रुपए बताई जा रही है वहीं म्योरपुर वनरेंज के काशी कुंड से मिर्जापुर के लिए यह कत्थे की लकड़ी ले जाई जा रही थी वही वन रेंज म्योरपुर के रेंजर शहजादा स्माइलूद्दीन का कहना है कि मुखबिर के द्वारा मिली सूचना पर काशिकुण्ड मोड़ के पास तलाशी के दौरान यह लकड़ी बरामद की गई है वहीं वन विभाग के वन अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।सोनभद्र के म्योरपुर थाना क्षेत्र म्योरपुर के आरंगपानी गांव के पास काशी कुंड टोले से मिर्जापुर के लिए यह लकड़ी ले जायी जा रही थी , वन विभाग की टीम ने एक डीसीएम कत्थे की बेशकीमती लकड़ी के साथ तीन तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है वही वन विभाग का कहना है कि मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर यह कार्रवाई की गई हैजिसमें यह बेशकीमती लकड़ी बरामद की गई है।वहीं इस मामले में म्योरपुर वन रेंज के रेंजर शहजादा स्माइलूद्दीन का कहना है कि पहले से ही मुखबीर के माध्यम से मामले की जानकारी मिली थी जिसको देखते हुए म्योरपुर वन रेंज के आरंगपानी गांव के काशी कुण्ड टोले के पास वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान यह बरामदगी हुई है वही मौके से तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है जबकि एक आरोपी मौके से फरार होने में सफल रहा वन विभाग के द्वारा इस मामले में वन अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज करते हुए आरोपी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

हमीरपुर में बीती शनिवार की शाम एक नीलगाय के हमले से एक 60 वर्षीय किसान की मौत हुई थी। तब हिंसक हो चुकी नीलगाय को पकड़ने के लिए वन विभाग ने एक टीम को लगाया था। जिसे 36 घंटे बीत जाने के बाद भी नहीं पकड़ा जा सका है। अब उस हिंसक हो चुकी नीलगाय का एक वीडियो भी सामने आ गया है। वीडियो को देखने के बाद यह समझा जा सकता है की नीलगाय ने घास के लिए किसान पर हमला नहीं किया था बल्कि वह हिंसक हो चुकी थी जिसने तब हमला किया जब किसान की मौत नहीं हुई थी। हालांकि लोगों ने नीलगाय को भगाने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन किसी ने पास जाने की हिम्मत नहीं जुटा सकी थी। हिंसक नीलगाय का शिकार हुआ किसान रामआसरे प्रजापति सुमेरपुर में ईदगाह के सामने रहता था, जो रोज़ की तरह शाम में घास लेकर घर आ रहा था तभी राजकीय पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज के पास पीछे से आई नीलगाय ने उसपर हमला किया था।नीलगाय ने उसे तब तक मारा था जब तक कि उसकी मौत नहीं हो गई। हिंसक नीलगाय को पकड़ने की मांग भाजपा किसान मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष सिद्धार्थ ठाकुर ने डीएफओ से की थी। डीएफओ ने उसी दिन सुमेरपुर के वन क्षेत्राधिकारी को टीम गठित कर इस हिंसक जंगली जानवर को पकड़ने के निर्देश दिए थे। डीएफओ के निर्देश पर शनिवार को ही वन विभाग की टीम इसको खोजने में जुट गई थी, लेकिन अभी तक वन विभाग की टीम खाक छानती घूम रही है और नीलगाय हाथ नहीं लग सकी है।

कतर्नियाघाट वन्यजीव प्रभाग के कतर्नियाघाट रेंज अंतर्गत आम्बा गांव में गेरुआ नदी से सटा गांव निवासी शाकिर अली पुत्र रफीक का खेत है। जिसमें गेंहू की फसल लगी हुई है। शाकिर अली ने खेत को गांव निवासी मुराली पासवान को बटैया पर दे रखा है। फसल को वन्यजीव आयदिन नुकसान करते हैं। खेत की सुरक्षा को लेकर मुराली का बेटा 25 वर्षीय राकेश पासवान बीती रात खेत की रखवाली करने गया था। सुबह जब वह घर नही लौटा तो घर कर लोग उसे बुलाने के लिए खेत पंहुचे। जहां उसका क्षतविक्षत शव खेत में पड़ा मिला। सिर धड़ से अलग था । घटना से गांव में हड़कंप मच गया। शव को देखने से प्रतीत हुआ कि बाघ ने हमला कर अपना निवाला बनाया है। देखते ही देखते भारी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई । ग्रामीणों ने सूचना वन विभाग को दी है । डीएफओ आकाशदीप बधावन ने बताया कि हमले के पैटर्न से ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि यह टाइगर का हमला है, हम लोग पदचिन्हों की तस्वीरें ले रहे हैं जिससे और भी क्लीयर हो जाएगा।उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस वक्त गन्ने की कटाई का सीज़न चल रहा है इस सीजन में इस तरह के हादसे बढ़ जाते हैं। आपको बताते चले कि कतर्नियाघाट वन्यजीव प्रभाग में जंगली जानवरों के हमले से एक वर्ष में लगभग एक दर्जन मौते हो जाती हैं।
