Experts claim coronavirus airborne: How concerned should you be? | Economic Times

In an open letter to the World Health Organisation published Monday, a group of experts have outlined evidence that they say shows floating coronavirus particles can infect people who breathe them in. Because those smaller exhaled particles can linger in the air, the researchers are urging WHO to update its guidance. The Geneva-based health body says it is open to study this 'emerging evidence' and understand the implications. ET's Divya Rajagopal has more. (Text: Reuters)

India-China clash: What the world can do to change Beijing's belligerent behaviour | Economic Times

The stand-off along the Line of Actual Control is symptomatic of a consistently declining and aggressive behaviour by China towards many of its neighbours, especially those with which it has running disputes. While the disputes are old, the present problem is that it's extremely difficult to explain, or influence, Beijing's actions. China is now muscle-flexing with almost all major powers, getting its way largely on the strength of its economic profile. ET's Pranab Dhal Samanta talks what the world can do to modify this belligerent Chinese behaviour - a question central to global stability. Watch now. (Text: ET Bureau)
