रोजगार हमी योजनेअंतर्गत. वृक्ष लागवडीसाठी अनुदान मंजूर करण्याकरता. वीस हजार रुपयांची लाच मागीतल्याप्रकरणी वैजापूर पंचायत समितीचे प्रभारी गट विकास अधिकारी कैलास तुकाराम जाधव (५७,रा. सिडको, औरंगाबाद) यांना लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी रंगेहाथ पकडले. ही कारवाई मंगळवारी सायंकाळी पंचायत समिती कार्यालयात करण्यात आली. या प्रकरणाची अधिक माहिती अशी कि, यातील तक्रारदार यांना त्यांच्या शेतात रोजगार हमी योजनेअंतर्गत मोहगणे वृक्ष लागवड करायची होती. ही वृक्ष लागवड करण्यासाठी रोजगार हमी योजनेअंतर्गत अनुदान मंजूर करून देण्यासाठी गट विकास अधिकारी कैलास जाधव याने तक्रारदाराकडे वीस हजार रुपयांची मागणी केली. मात्र तक्रारदारास लाच देण्याची इच्छा नसल्याने त्याने याबाबत रीतसर औरंगाबाद येथील लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभाग कार्यालयाकडे तक्रार दाखल केली. या तक्रारीची शहानिशा केल्यानंतर लाच लुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाने पोलिस अधिक्षक डॉ. राहुल खाडे, सापळा अधिकारी पोलीस उपअधीक्षक दीपक साबळे, अप्पर पोलीस अधीक्षक विशाल खांबे व पोलिस उपअधीक्षक मारुती पंडित यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली वैजापूर येथील पंचायत समितीच्या कार्यालयात सापळा रचला. त्यावेळी कैलास जाधव यांनी पंचांसमक्ष तक्रारदाराकडुन पंधरा हजार रुपये लाच स्वीकारली. त्यावेळी सापळा पथकाने आरोपी लोकसेवकास लाच स्वीकारताना रंगेहाथ पकडले. पोलीस नाईक भीमराव जिवडे, पोलीस नाईक दिगंबर पाठक, कॉन्स्टेबल सोमीनाथ थेटे यांच्या पथकाने ही कारवाई केली. याप्रकरणी वैजापूर पोलिस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरु होती. -दिपक परेराव, ए आय एन न्युज औरंगाबाद

यूपी के रामपुर में विदेश भेजने के नाम पर 25लोगो से 18 लाख रुपये की बड़ी ठगी को रिज़वान नाम के शख्स ने अंजाम दिया है। बेरोज़गार लोगो को दुबई में 50 हज़ार रुपये की नोकरी दिलाने का झांसा देकर यह ठगी की गई है। सभी लोगो से पैसा लेकर दुबई एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में भेज भी दिया गया पर वहाँ कंपनी ने इन सभी लोगो को कुछ दिन काम पर रख कर बाद में इन्हें निकाल दिया और काम पर रखने से मना कर दिया। बेरोज़गार लोगो ने वहाँ ज़मीन पर सो कर टाइम गुज़ारा, जिस एजंट के थ्रू यह लोग गए थे उसने अपनी ज़िमेदारी निभाते हुए वहाँ से सभी लोगो को अपने निजी खर्च पर ले कर आये और वहाँ की सरकार को फ़ाईन भी भरा। अब इस मामले आरोपी रिज़वान 18 लाख रुपये लेकर फरार है। और पीड़ित लोग अपना पैसा लेने के लिए ज़िमेदारी लेने वाले एजेन्टों की घर की कुंडी खटखटा कर पैसा मांग रहे है। इस मामले में पीड़ित एजेंटो ने एसपी रामपुर से मिल कर कार्यवाही की मांग की परन्तु आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई है।
सभी लोगो ने देश के प्रधानमंत्री और सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र देकर कार्यवाही की मांग की है।
दरसअल पूरा मामला 10 माह पहले का है जहाँ रामपुर क्षेत्र के ग्राम लांबापूरी थाना टांडा का रहने वाले रिजवान ने रामपुर के फैजुल्लानगर निवासी इदरीस से किसी के माध्यम से मुलाकात की और कहा कि में दुबई ओर सऊदिया अरब बे रोज़गारों को विदेश भेजने का काम करता हूं ना जाने कितने लोगों को नौकरी पर लगा चुका हूं हिंदुस्तान की मुद्रा के मुताबिक ₹50000 प्रतिमाह हर व्यक्ति को सैलरी मिलती है अगर आप 25 लोगों को जोड़ लो तो मैं 25 के लोगों को दुबई भेजा दूंगा ।

रामपुर के सिविल लाइन थाना क्षेत्र से अंतर राज्य में ठगी करने वाला एक अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार किया गया है जिसके पास से हाल ही में ठगी की गई सोने की चार चैन 12 बोर का तमंचा वह दो जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किया गया है अभियुक्त पाकबड़ा मुरादाबाद का रहने वाला है पुलिस इसके अपराधिक इतिहास की छानबीन कर रही है।
सिविल लाइन थाना क्षेत्र में बीते दिनों ज्वेलर्स के यहां हुई ठगी का खुलासा करते हुए सिविल लाइन पुलिस ने कमाल उर्फ राशिद नाम के अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया है जिसके पास से सोने की चार चैन और एक नाजायज असला तमंचा बरामद हुआ है पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त पूर्व में भी इस तरीके के कार्यों में लिप्त है युवक को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा जा रहा है।
इस मामले में अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक अरुण कुमार ने बताया कि विगत समय में सिविल लाइन थाना क्षेत्र में ज्वेलर्स के यहां ठगी कर चार सोने की चेन ले जाने वाले राशिद नाम के अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया है अभियुक्त द्वारा ज्वेलर्स के यहां से घर में शादी होने की बात करते हुए सोने चांदी के आभूषण खरीदने की बात की जाती थी जिसके बाद अभियुक्त ज्वेलर्स को चकमा देकर माल लेकर फरार हो जाता था पुलिस और स्वॉट की टीम ने अभी को गिरफ्तार किया है गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त मुरादाबाद का रहने वाला है जिसके पास से 35 40 ग्राम सोना बरामद हुआ है वहीं एक तमंचा भी बरामद किया गया है ।

शिक्षा विभाग में रिश्वत लेकर स्कूल की दी जा रही है मान्यता। स्कूल संचालक ने डीएम कों पत्र दे कर की कार्यवहीं कि मांग। यूपी के रामपुर में शिक्षा विभाग की बड़ी रिश्वत खोरी सामने आई है रामपुर के एक स्कूल संचालक ने रामपुर जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी सहित खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी समेत कई अधिकारियों पर रिश्वत लेकर स्कूल की मान्यता देने का बड़ा आरोप लगाया है इस मामले में पीड़ित ने रामपुर जिला अधिकारी और मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र भेज कर कार्यवाही की मांग की है।
आपको बता दें रामपुर जिले में मान्यता देने के लिए कई स्कूल संचालक दर-दर की ठोकरे खा रहे है पर उनकी मान्यता नहीं हो रही है अगर हो भी रही है तो लाखों रुपए की रिश्वत लेकर उनकी मान्यता की जा रही है। यह सब हो रहा है रामपुर जिले में और रामपुर के डीएम बे खबर । रामपुर के बहपुरा गांव में रहने वाले पप्पू सिंह गांव में ही पी पी एस पब्लिक स्कूल के नाम से स्कूल संचालित है पर स्कूल की मान्यता नही है। मान्यता के लिए फाइल जिला बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में वर्ष 15 ,16 से मान्यता के लिए आवेदन कर रहा हु पर मेरी फाइल को हर बार निरस्त कर दिया जाता है, कियुकि में स्कूल चलाने के लिए हर वर्ष 40 हज़ार रुपया खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी को देता हूं। उसके बाद भी मुझसे बड़ी बड़ी मोटी रकम मांगी जाती है नही दूंगा तो छापा मार कार्यवाही की जाती है जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी बड़े बाबू धर्मेंद्र ने मिलकर मान्यता देने के नाम पर ₹110000 ली बड़ी रिश्वत स्कूल संचालक पप्पू सिंह से लेकर उसकी मान्यता की है। अब इस मामले में पापु सिंह ने डीएम को पत्र दे कर दोषी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की मांग की है।।

डुमरियागंज तहसील में कागज हाथ में लिए इस शख्स का नाम गंगोत्री है। गंगोत्री चौरा बंगवा हल्का का लेखपाल है। लेखपाल गंगोत्री के हाथ में जो आवेदन पत्र है वह सरकारी जमीन पर पट्टे को लेकर है साथ में उससे बात कर रहा पीड़ित युवक शाह फहद है शाह फहद का आरोप है कि लेखपाल गंगोत्री ने पट्टे के नाम पर उससे दो लाख रुपये की मांग की उसने एक लाख पचासी हजार रूपए उसको दे भी दिया फिर भी गंगोत्री टाल मटोल करता रहा और बाकी बचे पैसे की मांग करता रहा। पीड़ित शाह फ़हद के अनुसार स्टिंग में लेखपाल बाकी बचे पैसे पंद्रह हजार रुपये लेते साफ देखा जा रहा है।पीड़ित शाह फहद का कहना है कि पूरा पैसा लेने के बाद भी लेखपाल गंगोत्री हीला हवाली कर रहा है इस स्टिंग में भी लेखपाल गंगोत्री रुपया लेकर रखते हुए साफ दिखाई दे रहा है इस मामले में लेखपाल गंगोत्री से बात करने की कोशिश की गई तो उसने साफ कुछ भी बोलने से इंकार कर दिया स्टिंग ऑपरेशन की क्लिप देखने के बाद जिलाधिकारी कुणाल सिल्कू ने मामले की जांच करा कर दोषी के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की बात कही ऐसा नहीं है कि घूसखोरी का यह कोई पहला मामला है जिले में बिना सुविधा शुल्क दिए कोई भी काम नहीं होता है अधिकारी भी यह जानते हैं लेकिन फिर भी इस पर अंकुश नहीं लग पा रहा है ऐसे में गरीब जरूरतमंद क्या करें यह बड़ा सवाल है।
