    An amazing Workout for Bicep and Tricep. We combine a Bicep workout with a Tricep workout to make a complete Arms workout for beginners. If you are new and beginner follow this Arms workout for MASS. I show you proper technique as well as good form in how to get big bicep and tricep. This workout will give you a good pump as well.

    Make a 1 week schedule and include this as one of the days in the schedule. Ensure to follow this workout for 4 weeks in your schedule before changing it. Once 4 weeks are complete change all your workouts with a different BBRT workout. We concentrate on higher reps in this workout. It is important to once in a while do a high rep workout to give yourself endurance as well.

A lot of people asked us that we can't afford expensive Gyms or we are students, we live in a hostel, or we live in a village, or our town has very small gym and have limited equipment but we want to build our body, build muscles, do bodybuilding. So we made a series Bodybuilding on Budget to workout with basic equipment. This will be a 25 day series, everyday we will show you what to do.

    This is day 2 of the series, in this day we will start with Bicep, Tricep and Forearms workout, we will keep the workouts with basic equipment but still give you a solid workout. This workout can be done by beginners or even a bit more experienced people. Basic equipment, make sure you stretch.
