बीते मंगलवार को UPSC ने सिविल सर्विसेज परीक्षा 2022 के नतीजे घोषित किए। इस बार UPSC में बाजी बेटियों ने मारी। टॉप 4 स्थानों पर बेटियां ही दिखीं। इशिता किशोर ने देशभर में पहला और बिहार की गरिमा लोहिया ने दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। इसी बीच एक ऐसी खबर सामने आई जिसने सबको हैरान कर दिया। UPSC के रिजल्ट में एक अजीबोगरीब मामले में एक ही नाम की दो लड़कियों ने दवा किया है कि उन्होंने परीक्षा में सफलता हासिल की है। ताज्जुब यह है कि दोनों के नाम और रोल नंबर एक हैं। इतना ही नहीं, दोनों 184वीं रैंक मिलने का दावा कर रही हैं। रिजल्ट आने के बाद से दोनों लड़कियों के घर में जश्न का माहौल है, लेकिन सवाल है कि क्या ऐसा संभव? अब जांच के बाद ही पता चलेगा कि दोनों में से किसका दावा सही है।

सिद्धार्थनगर के मोहाना चौराहे पर साक्षी कम्प्यूटर एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी मोहाना द्वारा आज युवा प्रतिभा खोज परीक्षा का समापन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया । इस समापन कार्यक्रम में जनपद सिद्धार्थनगर के हड्डी रोग विशेषज्ञ एवं भाजपा नेता डॉ.चन्द्रेश कुमार उपाध्याय मुख्य अतिथि रहे।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ मां सरस्वती देवी के चित्र पर मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा पुष्प अर्पित एवं दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया । इस युवा प्रतिभा खोज परीक्षा में विगत कई दिनो से अलग अलग स्कूलों में 1078 छात्र छात्राएं परीक्षा दिए थे । जिसमें से सिद्धार्थनगर जनपद के विभिन्न स्कूलों के टॉप टेन बच्चों को टॉपर चुन कर उन्हें मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया । इन टॉपर बच्चों को संस्था के डाइरेक्टर रोहित कसौधन के तरफ से ट्राफी , शील्ड प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं स्कालर शिप मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा देकर सम्मानित किया गया । इसके अतिरिक्त टॉप टेन स्कूलों के प्रधानाचार्य को भी मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।
युवा प्रतिभा खोज परीक्षा के समापन कार्यक्रम में उपस्थिति लोगों को सम्बोधित करते हुए डॉ.चन्द्रेश उपाध्याय ने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ही भारत का भविष्य रहता है इस तरह के प्रयास से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के छात्रों को अपनी प्रतिभा को दिखाने का मौका मिलेगा और इनमें से ही कोई बच्चा जनपद और देश का नाम रोशन करेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार गुणवत्ता के लिए बहुत प्रयास कर रही है और इस संस्था की पहल सराहनीय है। इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान राकेश कुमार साहू , होली गुप्ता , नितेश पाण्डेय भाजपा नेता समेत कई दर्जन लोग उपस्थिति रहे।

मैनपुरी अचानक बेवर के बीचो-बीच सब्जी मंडी कछियाना मोहल्ले में एयरटेल टावर के ऊपर एक व्यक्ति एक शराब की बोतल और सिगरेट माचिस लेकर चढ़ गया जैसे ही लोगों ने टावर पर चढ़े हुए व्यक्ति को देखा वैसे ही बेवर के लोगों में हाहाकार मच गया लोग देखने के लिए बेताब हो उठे अपने-अपने घरों की छतों पर लोग चढ़कर उस व्यक्ति को देख रहे थे एयरटेल टावर की ऊंचाई करीब 200 फुट होने के कारण व्यक्ति बहुत साफ नहीं दिख रहा था उस व्यक्ति के हौसले को देखने के लिए लोग अपने गलियों से सड़क से दौड़ पड़े जिस जगह टावर लगा हुआ था

हाल ही में मुझे कश्मीर के प्रशासनिक सेवा के topper अंजुम बशीर खान खट्टक ( Anjum Bashir Khan Khattak) की प्रेरणादायी कहानी के बारे में पता चला | उन्होंने आतंकवाद और घृणा के दंश से बाहर निकल कर Kashmir Administrative Service की परीक्षा में top किया है | आप ये जानकर के हैरान रह जाएंगे कि 1990 में आतंकवादियों ने उनके पैतृक-घर को जला दिया था | वहाँ आतंकवाद और हिंसा इतनी अधिक थी कि उनके परिवार को अपनी पैतृक-ज़मीन को छोड़ के बाहर निकलना पड़ा | एक छोटे बच्चे के लिए उसके चारों ओर इतनी हिंसा का वातावरण, दिल में अंधकारात्मक और कड़वाहट पैदा करने के लिए काफ़ी था - पर अंजुम ने ऐसा नहीं होने दिया | उन्होंने कभी आशा नहीं छोड़ी | उन्होंने अपने लिए एक अलग रास्ता चुना - जनता की सेवा का रास्ता | वो विपरीत हालात से उबर कर बाहर आए और सफलता की अपनी कहानी ख़ुद लिखी | आज वो सिर्फ जम्मू और कश्मीर के ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश के युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बन गए हैं | अंजुम ने साबित कर दिया है कि हालात कितने ही ख़राब क्यों न हों, सकारात्मक कार्यों के द्वारा निराशा के बादलों को भी ध्वस्त किया जा सकता है |
