???? కరోనా కష్టాలతో ప్రజలు అల్లాడుతుంటే, ప్రాణాలు గుప్పిట్లో పెట్టుకుని బిక్కుబిక్కుమంటూ జీవిస్తుంటే ప్రజల కళ్ళు కప్పి మోసపూరితంగా ఇంటి పన్నుల నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీచేయడం గర్హనీయం .ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ వల్ల భవిష్యత్తులో విజయవాడ నగర ప్రజలపై 500 కోట్ల రూపాయల భారం పడుతుంది .ఇప్పటివరకు అద్దె విలువను బట్టి ఇంటిపన్ను విధించేవారు. ఇక రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ నిర్ణయించే భూముల విలువలు, కట్టడం విలువల ఆధారంగా ఇంటి పన్నులు నిర్ణయించే ప్రమాదకర విధానానికి కేంద్రంలోని బిజెపి, రాష్ట్రంలోని వైఎస్ఆర్ ప్రభుత్వాలు శ్రీకారం చుట్టాయి.
????️ సంస్కరణల పేరుతో మోడీ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ విధానాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టగా అప్పుల కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కేంద్రానికి లొంగి పట్టణ ప్రజలను బలి చేయడం అన్యాయం. దీని వలన ఒక సంవత్సరమే కాకుండా ప్రతి సంవత్సరం భూముల విలువలు ఆధారంగా ఇంటి పన్నులు పెరుగుతాయి.
????️ తాజా నోటిఫికేషన్లో నివాసగృహాలపై ఆస్తి విలువపై 0.15 శాతం, వాణిజ్య సంస్థలు, నివాసేతర భవనాలపై 0.3 శాతం, ఖాళీ స్థలాలపై 0.5 శాతం పన్ను వేస్తారు. ఈ పన్ను శాతాలు కూడా ఈ సంవత్సరానికి పరిమితం. వచ్చే సంవత్సరం నివాసాలపై 0.5 శాతం, వ్యాపార సంస్థల పై 2 శాతం వరకు పన్నులు పెంచవచ్చు. దీనికోసం వైఎస్సార్ ప్రభుత్వం చట్టాలను సవరించి 198 నెంబర్ జీవో కూడా విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ కష్టకాలంలో ఇంటి పన్ను తగ్గించాలని, వడ్డీలు, పెనాల
