Budaun News: उत्तर प्रदेश के बदायूं जनपद में 19 मार्च मंगलवार को सनसनीखेज घटना से तनाव फैल गया. बदायूं शहर की बाबा कॉलोनी में 2 मासूम सगे भाइयों की गला काटकर हत्या कर दी गई. आरोपी दूसरे समुदाय के हैं. घटना से गुस्साए लोगों ने तीन दुकानों में आग लगा दी है. इलाके में तनाव को देख भारी फोर्स तैनात किया गया. बरेली आईजी रेंज राकेश कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ में एक आरोपी साजिश को मार गिराया है. अब पुलिस की टीमें दूसरे आरोपी जावेद की तलाश में जुटी है। बताया जा रहा है कि जावेद और साजिश दोनों ने मिलकर इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया।

Seeing the tension in the area, heavy force was deployed. Giving information, Bareilly IG Range Rakesh Kumar said that the police has killed one of the accused conspirators in the encounter. Now police teams are busy searching for the second accused Javed. It is being told that both Javed and the conspiracy together carried out this incident.

इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया ने 16 मार्च को चुनावों की तारीख की घोषणा कर है। इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव कुल सात चरणों में होंगे. इस बार चुनावों में वोटिंग का शेड्यूल 19 अप्रैल से शुरू होगा. इसके बाद 26 अप्रैल को भी वोटिंग होनी है. लेकिन इस कुछ लोगों ने वोटिंग रखने की अपील की है. दरअसल, 26 अप्रैल को शुक्रवार है. यानी जुम्मा. इसे देखते हुए मुस्लिम संगठनों ने चुनाव आयोग से तारीख बदलने की मांग की है।

GENERAL ELECTIONS TO LOK SABHA-2024 and State Legislative Assemblies-2024
State Bank of India (SBI) had handed over the data of electoral bonds to the Election Commission after the strictness of the Supreme Court. Now the Election Commission has uploaded the information related to electoral bonds received from SBI on its website. The Constitution bench of the Supreme Court will hear the electoral bond case today, the Election Commission was asked to share the electoral bond data on its official website by 5 pm on March 15 (today).
In the data shared by the Election Commission on its website, information related to the purchase of electoral bonds worth Rs 1,000 to Rs 1 crore (these bonds have now expired) since April 12, 2019 has been given. In this, details of those companies and individuals who had purchased electoral bonds are given. There are also details of the parties to which these election donations were given.
Complying with the Supreme Court order to make the electoral bond information public, SBI on Tuesday evening submitted details of the entities that had purchased the now expired electoral bonds and the political parties that had received them.
भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (SBI) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सख्ती के बाद इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड्स का डाटा चुनाव आयोग को सौंप दिया था. अब चुनाव आयोग ने एसबीआई से मिली इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड से जुड़ी जानकारी को अपनी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया है. चुनावी बॉन्ड मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ आज सुनवाई करेगी, चुनाव आयोग को इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड का डाटा 15 मार्च (आज) को शाम 5 बजे तक अपनी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर शेयर करने के लिए कहा गया था.
चुनाव आयोग की ओर से अपनी वेबसाइट पर जो डाटा शेयर किया गया है, उसमें 12 अप्रैल 2019 के बाद से 1,000 रुपये से 1 करोड़ रुपये कीमत के चुनावी बॉन्ड (ये बॉन्ड अब समाप्त हो चुके हैं) की खरीद संबंधी जानकारी दी गई है. इसमें उन कंपनियों और व्यक्तियों का ब्योरा दिया गया है, जिन्होंने इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड खरीदे थे. साथ ही उन पार्टियों का भी विवरण है, जिन्हें ये चुनावी चंदा दिया गया था.

Just ahead of the mega 2024 Lok Sabha Polls, the Centre has notified the rules for the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), which was passed by Parliament four years ago. Union Home Minister Amit Shah asserts that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fulfilled another commitment after Article 370 and Triple Talaq. The opposition labels the CAA as 'anti-Muslim' and 'unconstitutional'.
The CAA facilitates the process for Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, Christian, and Parsi immigrants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, who entered India legally or illegally before Dec 31, 2014, and have resided in the country for at least five years, to obtain Indian citizenship.
In the latest episode of the ANI Podcast with Smita Prakash, Union Home Minister Amit Shah dispels all 'confusion' and 'misconceptions' surrounding the CAA. Home minister asserts that CAA seeks to offer refuge to persecuted religious minorities from neighboring countries and does not impact the citizenship status of Indian Muslims.
