Krushnaiah SI of Police along with M. Kondala Rao SI, K. Dineshwar PC-2290, S.Naresh PC- 5817, and T. Prashanth PC:2370 apprehended The Kidnapping Gang on enquiry they had confessed this offence as well as other offences and brought them to PS.

हिमाचल प्रदेश में ऊना पुलिस ने एक नाबालिग के अपहरण और सामूहिक बलात्कार के आरोप में 3 युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है । पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों को पंजाब के रोपड़ से गिरफ्तार किया है । आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए गई पुलिस टीम पर एक आरोपी के संबंधियों ने पथराव कर रोकने की कोशिश भी की । पीड़ित नाबालिग तीन दिन पहले ऊना से गायब हुई थी , जिसकी तलाश में निकली पुलिस टीम ने जाँच के तहत उसे चंडीगढ़ के बस स्टैंड से बरामद किया । पीड़िता की निशानदेही पर ही पुलिस ने रोपड़ से तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया । बहरहाल पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों के विरुद्ध पॉक्सो एक्ट और धारा 376 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है

പ്ലസ്ടു വിദ്യാർഥിയെ തട്ടി കൊണ്ടുപോയ പ്രതികളെ പിടിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചത് പോലീസിന്റെ പെട്ടന്നുള്ള നീക്കം മൂലം.പ്ലസ്ടു വിദ്യാർഥിയെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്നു പിടിച്ചിറക്കി കാറിന്റെ ഡിക്കിയിൽ കെട്ടിയിട്ട് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയ ബന്ധുവും നാലംഗ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സംഘവുമാണ് ഇന്നലെ പിടിയിലായത്.
മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്ന് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാത്രി 9.45ന് ആണ് വിദ്യാർഥിയെ വീടുകയറി ആക്രമിച്ച് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയത്. ഇന്നലെ പുലർച്ചെ ഒരുമണിക്ക് പെരുമ്പാവൂരിലാണ് അക്രമിസംഘത്തെ പിടികൂടി, വിദ്യാർഥിയെ പൊലീസ് മോചിപ്പിച്ചത്. വിദ്യാർഥിയുടെ മാതൃസഹോദരീപുത്രൻ അവിനാശ് (24), കർണാടക ചിക്കമഗളൂരുവിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സംഘത്തിലെ പ്രേമദാസ് (31), ഹനീഫ (33), ചന്ദശേഖർ (22), അലക്സ് ജോൺ (35) എന്നിവരാണ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്. അവിനാശിന്റെ പിതാവും സംഘത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും കടന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.
മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ബിസിനസ് ആവശ്യത്തിന് ബെംഗളൂരുവിൽ പോയിരുന്നതിനാൽ വിദ്യാർഥിയും വല്യമ്മയും മാത്രമാണ് സംഭവ സമയത്ത് വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
അവിനാശ് ഏറെക്കാലം മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ചാണ് പഠിച്ചത്. കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ച മാതാപിതാക്കളോടൊപ്പം മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിൽ എത്തി വിദ്യാർഥിയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കളോട് 25 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. പണം നൽകാനാകില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതിനെത്തുടർന്നു വാക്കുതർക്കം ഉണ്ടായി. ഇതിന്റെ പക പോക്കലാണ് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോകലെന്നു പറയുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും സ്ഥിരീകരണമില്ല.
രാത്രി വൈകി മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിലെത്തിയ അവിനാശ്, വിദ്യാർഥിയോട് മാതാപിതാക്കളെയും സഹോദരനെയും അന്വേഷിച്ചു.
ഇവർ സ്ഥലത്തില്ലെന്നറിഞ്ഞ് ക്ഷുഭിതനായി വിദ്യാർഥിയെ മർദിക്കുകയും ബലമായി കാറിൽ കയറ്റി കൊണ്ടുപോകുകയുമായിരുന്നു.
ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാനെത്തിയ വല്യമ്മയുടെ മാലയും പൊട്ടിച്ചു. ഗൃഹോപകരങ്ങൾക്കും കേടുവരുത്തി.
2 വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ കടന്ന സംഘത്തെ പെരുമ്പാവൂരിൽ രാത്രി ഒരുമണിക്ക് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. ഡിക്കിയിൽ കെട്ടിയിട്ട നിലയിൽ അർധബോധാവസ്ഥയിലായിരുന്നു കുട്ടിയെന്നും പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു. മൂക്കിന് പൊട്ടലും ശരീരമാകെ മർദനമേറ്റ പാടുകളുമുണ്ട്.വിദ്യാർഥിയെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയ കേസിൽ പിടിയിലായ ബന്ധു അവിനാശ് ഏറെക്കാലം പഠിച്ചതും ജോലി ചെയ്തതു

हिमाचल प्रदेश में ऊना पुलिस ने एक नाबालिग के अपहरण और सामूहिक बलात्कार के आरोप में 3 युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है । पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों को पंजाब के रोपड़ से गिरफ्तार किया है । आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए गई पुलिस टीम पर एक आरोपी के संबंधियों ने पथराव कर रोकने की कोशिश भी की । पीड़ित नाबालिग तीन दिन पहले ऊना से गायब हुई थी , जिसकी तलाश में निकली पुलिस टीम ने जाँच के तहत उसे चंडीगढ़ के बस स्टैंड से बरामद किया । पीड़िता की निशानदेही पर ही पुलिस ने रोपड़ से तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया । बहरहाल पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों के विरुद्ध पॉक्सो एक्ट और धारा 376 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है

പ്ലസ്ടു വിദ്യാർഥിയെ തട്ടി കൊണ്ടുപോയ പ്രതികളെ പിടിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചത് പോലീസിന്റെ പെട്ടന്നുള്ള നീക്കം മൂലം.പ്ലസ്ടു വിദ്യാർഥിയെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്നു പിടിച്ചിറക്കി കാറിന്റെ ഡിക്കിയിൽ കെട്ടിയിട്ട് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയ ബന്ധുവും നാലംഗ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സംഘവുമാണ് ഇന്നലെ പിടിയിലായത്.
മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്ന് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാത്രി 9.45ന് ആണ് വിദ്യാർഥിയെ വീടുകയറി ആക്രമിച്ച് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയത്. ഇന്നലെ പുലർച്ചെ ഒരുമണിക്ക് പെരുമ്പാവൂരിലാണ് അക്രമിസംഘത്തെ പിടികൂടി, വിദ്യാർഥിയെ പൊലീസ് മോചിപ്പിച്ചത്. വിദ്യാർഥിയുടെ മാതൃസഹോദരീപുത്രൻ അവിനാശ് (24), കർണാടക ചിക്കമഗളൂരുവിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സംഘത്തിലെ പ്രേമദാസ് (31), ഹനീഫ (33), ചന്ദശേഖർ (22), അലക്സ് ജോൺ (35) എന്നിവരാണ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്. അവിനാശിന്റെ പിതാവും സംഘത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും കടന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.
മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ബിസിനസ് ആവശ്യത്തിന് ബെംഗളൂരുവിൽ പോയിരുന്നതിനാൽ വിദ്യാർഥിയും വല്യമ്മയും മാത്രമാണ് സംഭവ സമയത്ത് വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
അവിനാശ് ഏറെക്കാലം മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ചാണ് പഠിച്ചത്. കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ച മാതാപിതാക്കളോടൊപ്പം മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിൽ എത്തി വിദ്യാർഥിയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കളോട് 25 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. പണം നൽകാനാകില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതിനെത്തുടർന്നു വാക്കുതർക്കം ഉണ്ടായി. ഇതിന്റെ പക പോക്കലാണ് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോകലെന്നു പറയുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും സ്ഥിരീകരണമില്ല.
രാത്രി വൈകി മഞ്ഞനിക്കരയിലെ വീട്ടിലെത്തിയ അവിനാശ്, വിദ്യാർഥിയോട് മാതാപിതാക്കളെയും സഹോദരനെയും അന്വേഷിച്ചു.
ഇവർ സ്ഥലത്തില്ലെന്നറിഞ്ഞ് ക്ഷുഭിതനായി വിദ്യാർഥിയെ മർദിക്കുകയും ബലമായി കാറിൽ കയറ്റി കൊണ്ടുപോകുകയുമായിരുന്നു.
ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാനെത്തിയ വല്യമ്മയുടെ മാലയും പൊട്ടിച്ചു. ഗൃഹോപകരങ്ങൾക്കും കേടുവരുത്തി.
2 വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ കടന്ന സംഘത്തെ പെരുമ്പാവൂരിൽ രാത്രി ഒരുമണിക്ക് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. ഡിക്കിയിൽ കെട്ടിയിട്ട നിലയിൽ അർധബോധാവസ്ഥയിലായിരുന്നു കുട്ടിയെന്നും പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു. മൂക്കിന് പൊട്ടലും ശരീരമാകെ മർദനമേറ്റ പാടുകളുമുണ്ട്.വിദ്യാർഥിയെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയ കേസിൽ പിടിയിലായ ബന്ധു അവിനാശ് ഏറെക്കാലം പഠിച്ചതും ജോലി ചെയ്തതു
