Cream Cheese Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese - 250 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Cucumber - 50 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams cream cheese, 50 grams onions, 50 grams cucumber, 50 grams tomato, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
3. Apply green chutney on the one slice and ketchup on the another slice.
4. Now spread the cream cheese mixture over the chutney slice, place the ketchup slice upside down over the spread cream cheese slice.
5. Cut it into two parts.
6. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.

Easy Chocolate Lava Cake

INGREDIENTS
Chocolate - 200 grams
Butter - 110 grams
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 60 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 30 grams
PREPARATION
1.Take a fry pan add water in it, put a bowl over the pan add 200 grams chocolate, 110 grams butter and stir. It should be completely melted.
2.In a mixing bowl, Add 2 eggs , 1 egg yolk and mix. Add 60 grams sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again.
3.Add 30 grams all purpose flour and again mix everything until it’s thoroughly mixed.
4.Add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate to the mixture in the mixing bowl, then use a whisker to gently mix. Add the rest of the chocolate mixture, and mix together until you have a uniform batter with no streaks.
5.Take a cupcake wrapper grease it with butter and all purpose flour.
6.Divide the batter in the greased cups.
7.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes or until the tops are just set but the cakes still jiggle slightly when you shake them.
8.Let the finished cakes sit in cups for five minutes when they’re finished baking.
9. Take out the cake from the wrapper.
10.Garnish them with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup.
11.Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.

3. Place 1 tablespoon fennel, 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon fenugreek in a blender and blend. Add the cashew mixture, 1 1/2 tablespoon hung curd, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 turmeric and 1 teaspoon garam masala into the blender .
4. Blend until all the ingredients mix well.
5. Cut the chaap into pieces and put it into the bowl.
6. Pour the gravy into the bowl and mix well.
7. Marinate for 2 hours. Add 2 teaspoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons oil and mix well.

1. In a bowl, add 400 grams icing sugar, 2 egg white, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and whisk for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Transfer into 4 bowls. Add a small amount of icing color you want and mix well.
4. This icing starts to harden very soon, so keep it covered when not using.

5. Add this mixture into dal and stir. Then add 100 grams butter and cover it with a lid. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
