Do this workout for a great looking body with best cuts and size, an aesthetic body look. There will be 10 workouts in this series. We want you to do Aesthetic mode 10 day series straight for 10 days then take a rest for 2 days and then repeat for another 10 days. Follow a proper shredding diet plan.     Beginners ARMS workout for MASS! BBRT 102 (Hindi / Punjabi)

    An amazing Workout for Bicep and Tricep. We combine a Bicep workout with a Tricep workout to make a complete Arms workout for beginners. If you are new and beginner follow this Arms workout for MASS. I show you proper technique as well as good form in how to get big bicep and tricep. This workout will give you a good pump as well.

    Make a 1 week schedule and include this as one of the days in the schedule. Ensure to follow this workout for 4 weeks in your schedule before changing it. Once 4 weeks are complete change all your workouts with a different BBRT workout. We concentrate on higher reps in this workout. It is important to once in a while do a high rep workout to give yourself endurance as well.

    Barbell Curl (Ez Bar)

    Close Grip Low Pully Curl (21's)

    Advance Series. In cycle 4 we now do Complete Arms workout for size we Target Biceps and Triceps in this workout to ensure we cover full arms to get full size. We added some advance workout for Biceps and for Tricep. An Advanced Workout to really hit those bicep size and tricep size. We cover several advance exercises including warm up and mass workout. It's an advance workout so make sure you stretch a lot before and after workout.

    The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

    This is Cycle 4, we now do Arms, Bicep and Tricep Workout for big arms size. Remember in advance we go with a pro level pattern.

    Advance Series. We now do a Big Tricep and Bicep Advanced level Killer ARMS WORKOUT. A really good arm workout. We are now well into the series so things are getting tougher. Remember that your tricep is a bigger muscle than your bicep, so if you want bigger arms, you should work on Tricep as well. Build big arms with this bicep tricep workout.

    The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle.     For this we do Chest and Tricep Split Workout for our next cycle.
    As we get into Cycle 5 our workouts are getting simpler yet powerful. We target upper and inner chest to pop that chest out and give it good mass. This is a very powerful workout for your chest. If you loved it, give us a comment.

    Ensure your form is good, and make sure you stretch.

    You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
    Make sure you stretch before each workout.

    Following is what we performed in this routine:
    Incline Barbell Press
    8 Sets of 8 Reps (Increase weight after every 2 sets)

    Incline Dumbbell Fly
    3 Sets of 15 Reps

    Plate Press
    4 Sets of 8-10 Reps

    Cross Cable Fly
    4 Sets of 12-15 Reps

    Seated Overhead Tricep Extension
    4 Sets of 12 Reps

    Tricep Rope Push Down
    5 Sets of 15 Reps (3 Sec pause)

    Tricep Kick Back
    3 Sets of 33 Reps
