महाराष्ट्र में शिवसेना, राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी और कांग्रेस ने साथ मिलकर आखिरकार सरकार बना ली है। बीजेपी सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा द्वारा नाथूराम गोडसे को देशभक्त कहने पर हंगामा करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी को शिवसेना से गठबंधन करने के लिए ऐतराज नहीं है जिसके लिए नाथू राम गोडसे आदर्श हैं। बृहस्पतिवार को मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे के मीडिया से बात करते समय उनके साथ मंत्रिमंडल के सहयोगी छगन भुजबल, जयंत पाटिल, बालासाहेब थोराट और नितिन राउत भी थे। इस दौरान उद्धव ठाकरे से एक पत्रकार ने सवाल किया कि क्या शिवसेना सेक्युलर हो गई. ये सवाल सुनते ही उद्धव ठाकरे भड़क गए। उन्होंने कहा कि सेक्युलर का मतलब क्या है? उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि संविधान में जो कुछ लिखा है, वही सेक्युलर है। शिवसेना, राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी और कांग्रेस ने मिलकर सरकार चलाने के लिए महाविकास अघाड़ी का गठन कर कॉमन मिनिमम प्रोग्राम बनाया है जिसमें सेक्युलर शब्द भी जोड़ दिया गया है जो कि शिव सेना की विचारधारा से बिलकुल उलट है।
क्या कहता है कॉमन मिनिमम प्रोग्राम का प्रियंबल ?
" गठबंधन के साथी संविधान में निहित धर्मनिरपेक्ष मूल्यों को बनाए रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं।राष्ट्रीय महत्व के साथ-साथ राज्य के महत्व के विवादास्पद मुद्दे पर विशेष रूप से राष्ट्र के धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताने-बाने पर शिवसेना, एनसीपी और कांग्रेस के बीच विचार-विमर्श होने और आम सहमति बनने के बाद एक संयुक्त विचार होगा।"
महाविकास अघाड़ी की दिक्क्तें
गठबंधन के कॉमन मिनिमम प्रोग्राम में धर्मनिरपेक्षता के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता का उल्लेख है लेकिन यहां यह देखना होगा कि क्या वास्तव में शिवसेना अपने हिंदुत्व के विचारधारा से आगे बढ़ गई है या फिर एनसीपी और कांग्रेस ने धर्मनिरपेक्षता की परिभाषा से समझौता कर लिया है ? चाहे एनआरसी का मुद्दा हो या नागरिकता संशोधन बिल या फिर हिन्दू मुस्लिम को लेकर गठबंधन में वैचारिक मतभेद इन सभी के चलते तीनों पार्टियों में कभी भी विवाद उत्पन्न हो सकता है। इसके अलावा, क्या शिवसेना स्थानीय मुद्दों पर जोर देना छोड़ देगी ? इन सवालों के जवाब अभी स्पष्ट नहीं हैं।
