    Advance Series. In cycle 4 we now do Massive Chest workout Routine for big and wide chest. We include the outer chest as well as inner chest as well as lower chest in this workout. This will give you the nice shape chest line on bottom and outside and inside. An Advanced chest Workout to really hit those pecks. We cover several advance exercises including warm up and mass workout. It's an advance workout so make sure you stretch a lot before and after workout.

    The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

    Bodybuilding on a Budget. This is day 5 of the series, in this day we will start with Complete Chest workout, we will keep the workouts with basic equipment but still give you a solid workout. This workout can be done by beginners or even a bit more experienced people. Basic equipment, make sure you stretch.

    As we get into Cycle 5 our workouts are getting simpler yet powerful. We target upper and inner chest to pop that chest out and give it good mass. This is a very powerful workout for your chest. If you loved it, give us a comment.

    You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.

    - 2 minutes break between exercises.

    Barbell Chest Press:
    4 sets x 10 reps

    Explosive Push-ups:
    4 sets of 15 reps

    Dumbbell chest press:
    4 sets of 10 reps

    Push-ups:
    4 sets pf 10 reps

    Dumbbell Flies:
    4 sets of 10 reps

    Incline dumbbell press:
    4 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Pull-overs:
    4 sets of 10 reps.

    Total time: 45 minutes
