While some praised the film for its bold concept, some shamed it for that. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar, Bhumi spoke about the latter group of people and slammed them for the shaming. She expressed her disappointment towards people who didn’t criticise the film but its intent. The actress discussed the prevalent gender bias and how people never took offence when she was a part of such stories told from a male perspective. She pointed out how Pankaj Tripathi and Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 was supported by the same people who shamed her film, when somewhere they dealt with the same subject. Bhumi revealed if not getting any support from women within the industry disappointed her. Cyber espionage is a form of #cyberattack that steals sensitive data or intellectual property to gain an advantage over a competitive company or government entity. The cyber-espionage campaign lasts at least two years. The campaign’s success shows how dangerous software faults can be, even years after they’ve been identified and made public.
As per US Cyber Advisory, there is a very large size of espionage attack by the Chinese government-backed hackers who have broken into a number of major telecom businesses throughout the world by exploiting known software flaws in routers and other popular networking gear.
The Chinese hackers allegedly exploited networking devices from key vendors such as Cisco, Citrix, Zyxel, QNAP, DrayTek, MikroTik, D-Link, and Netgear in the recently disclosed cyber assault.
The US officials said that the hackers utilised the stolen devices to acquire full access to the network traffic of several private companies and government agencies once they had a foothold within their targets. However, the advisory did not list the identities of persons who were impacted by the campaign, nor did it describe the campaign’s impact. But the US authorities did point out the specific networking devices, such as routers and switches, that Chinese hackers are suspected of routinely targeting, exploiting severe and well-known flaws that basically gave the attackers free reign over their targets.

IT spending in India is forecasted to total $101.8 billion in 2022, an increase of 7% from 2021, according to the latest forecast by Gartner. The digital transformation trajectory that began as a pandemic response is here to stay for the next few years. India has experienced one of the fastest recoveries despite being one of the worst hit regions in the second wave of the pandemic in early 2021. In 2022, CIOs in India will build on renewed interest in technology from the business to gain funding for new IT projects. Indian CIOs are likely to increase their spending towards projects that drive innovation and modernizing legacy systems. Hiring a workforce that can deliver on these needs will also be a key priority. Next year, Indian CIOs are prioritizing a move away from rigid and monolithic ways of doing business to a more composable business and IT architecture where they will be able to better respond to disruptions.
In 2022, all segments of IT spending in India are expected to grow, with software emerging as the highest growing segment. Spending on software is forecast to total $10.5 billion in 2022, up 14.4% from 2021. While experiencing a slower growth rate than 2021, spending on software in 2022 is forecast to be nearly double of what it was pre-pandemic. As hybrid work adoption increases in the country, there will be an uptick in spending on devices in 2022, reaching $44 billion, an increase of 7.5% from 2021. “The growth in devices is a combination of two components – hybrid work and pent-up demand from 2020 for device upgrades. Spending on devices will make up 43% of total IT spending next year.” Spending on communication services is expected to rise 2.3% to $24.5 billion in 2022 from $24 billion in 2021, while that on data centre systems is forecast to grow 3.4% to $2.8 billion in 2022 from $2.7 billion in 2021, according to Gartner reports.

Social media ads are effective in purchasing an item
A study found that with the rise of social commerce, brands can influence target customers at each crucial point of the conversion funnel. Now more than ever, brand marketers must pay attention to consumer engagement, sentiment, and interaction with brand ads and a brand's competitors' ads. Two-thirds of consumers show purchasing intent signals early in the social commerce funnel with a pre "click" consumer behavior – 65% of consumers reported they engage (like, share, comment) with brand ad campaigns and from those who engage with the ads, a staggering 90% are more likely to make a purchase. Social media ads are also effective in getting consumers to purchase an item they “had been meaning” to purchase, with more than 60% answering they will click to purchase immediately.
While influencers are effective, they are less effective than traditional social media advertisements with just over half of survey respondents (54%) saying they are more likely to make a purchase because of an influencer featured in an ad or sponsored post. These survey results showcase that brands can affect every point in the conversion funnel for potential customers and shouldn’t measure just clicks as an indicator of social advertising effectiveness. Marketers must measure the top and the middle of the funnel, just like measuring the bottom of the funnel and pay attention to consumer engagement, sentiment, and interaction with the ads and the competitors' ads. With the rise of social commerce and fierce direct-to-consumer challenger brand competition, there is a clear need to measure and predict social advertising effectiveness and pay attention to the earliest signs of consumer purchase intent at the pre-click level.

Start-ups’ losses Vs rise in capital
In India, start-ups have bought revolution and transformation in certain sectors. Although the pandemic had an impact on the number of new startups launched, which fell by 70% from 3,500 (2019) to 1,050 (2020), Indian startups recorded a total funding of $11.5 Bn, which is just 10% lower than 2019. 90% Indian startups failed within the first five years, lack of innovation being the main reason. The Indian startup ecosystem saw 924 deals in 2020, 14% higher than 2019. Indian Unicorns have been hit doubly hard with demand and liquidity crunch. At the same time, we have seen failures in growing numbers in the sectors like Logistics, e-commerce and food technology . However, the pandemic has knocked the well-known startups like Ola, Paytm, OYO, BigBasket, Zomato, Swiggy down to their knees.
India is a follower market and highlighted as the third-largest startup ecosystem in the world, but it also tops the list for failed startups. In 2020, despite many challenges due to the pandemic, Indian startups continued to battle hard, raising $9.4 billion across 881 deals, and adding 14 companies to the unicorn club. Investors and founders said the increase in deal flow is primarily led by significant liquidity in the venture capital space and overall bullishness in the technology sector across private and public markets, globally. The State Of Indian Startup Ecosystem 2020 — in an optimistic scenario, the total funding amount in 2020 would reach $11.3 Bn (which was 11% lower than 2019). So, the startup ecosystem has performed slightly better than expectations. Trends show that higher revenue increase has also resulted in higher net losses. Compared to 2020,both the funding amount and deal count will surge 19% and 13% respectively.

जबलपुर होटल एसोसिएशन के सदस्यों और होटल मालिकों द्वारा oyo कंपनी द्वारा होटल मालिकों के साथ की जा रही धोखाधड़ी को लेकर पुलिस कप्तान अमित सिंह को ज्ञापन सौपा गया है। जिसमें बताया गया कि पिछले एक वर्ष से होटल मालिकों का उनका भुगतना नहीं किया गया है और न ही अनुबंध की शर्तों का पालन किया जा रहा है। अनौपचारिक पैनाल्टी एवं चार्जेस होटल मालिकों के उपर लगाये जा रहे है। होटल मालिकों ने शिकायत में बताया है कि oyo कंपनी द्वारा जबलपुर शहर एवं संपूर्ण मप्र और भारत में होटल मालिकों के साथ कुछ शर्ताे के आधार पर अनुबंध कर ऑनलाइन बुकिंग देने का वादा किया था जिसमें बाद में कंपनी द्वारा सीधे ऑनलाइन डिस्काउंट देकर कस्टमर से पैसे अपने खाते में डलवा लिए और आज तक हमारा भुगतना नहीं किया गया। पुलिस कप्तान ने मामले में उचित जांच का अश्वासन दिया है।
