दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगम हर साल दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई के दावे करते हैं। मगर जैसे ही दिल्ली में बारिश होती है, सरकार और निगम के दावों की पोल खुल जाती है। मामूली बारिश में ही दिल्ली के नाले लबालब भर जाते हैं और सड़के पानी में डूब जाती है। जिसकी वजह से सड़कों पर भारी जाम लग जाता है। दिल्ली के नागरिक सड़को पर अये पानी में चलने को मजबूर हो जाते है ।
इस मामले पर जब MCD से बात की गयी तो उनका कहना है दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से फंड्स न मिलने के कारन ये दिकते आरही है। यही मुद्दा जब दिल्ली विधान सभा के विशेष सत्र में उठा तब विधान सभा ने समिति की रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार करते हुए नालों की सफाई न होने के कारन पीडब्ल्यूडी सचिव को हटाने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया है।
इस रिपोर्ट में नालों की सफाई में लापर्वाही की बात सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट में लोक निर्माण विभाग के सचिव को सफाई न होने के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है। इसके साथ ही विधानसभा में एक प्रस्ताव पास किया जिसमें ज़िम्मेदार अफसर को जांच होने तक पद से हटाने की बात कही गयी है ।
इस मामले पर पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन का कहना है कि उन्होंने 25 मई को सभी विभागों की मीटिंग की थी। मीटिंग में नालों की सफाई को लेकर समयसीमा मांगी गयी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि तीनों नगर निगमों ने सफाई को लेकर निर्धारित वक्त दिया था।

मानसून की पहली बारिश में खुली दिल्ली निगम की पोल
अशोक विहार में निगम की लापरवाही ही हुई इंतहा
52 लाख की रकम से बने नाले में नहीं रूका बारिश का पानी
मामला अशोक विहार के ए ब्लॉक इलाके का है जहां निगम के द्वारा सोसाइटी में बारिश का पानी निकालने के लिए एक नाला बनाया जा रहा है... लेकिन मॉनसून की पहली बारिश में ही निगम का ये नाला पानी में बहता हुआ नजर आया... यहां तक की यहां की देखरेख कर रहे मुंशी से जब हमारी टीम ने बात की तो उसने बताया कि जेई छुट्टी पर है जिसके कारण वो इसे देखने नहीं आ पे थे उन्होनें इसे फाइनल नहीं किया था... हद तो तब हो गई जब हमे पता चला कि यहां कि देखरेख कर रहे मुंशी को इतना भी नहीं पता कि आखिर इस नाले को बनाने के लिए कितने का ठेका दिया गया था .
निगम के अनुसार जहां भी किसी भी प्रकार का ठेका दिया जाएगा वहां उसके ठेकेदार के नाम के सहित ठेके का सारा ब्यौरा एक बोर्ड पर लगा दिया जाता है लेकिन अशोक विहार के ए ब्लॉक इलाके में ऐसै कुछ देखने को नहीं मिला... साथ ही ए ब्लॉक में रह रहे लोगों का कहना हैं कि उन्होनें कई बार अधिकारियों को शिकायत कि और कहा कि नाले को बनाने के ले चालू सामान लगाया जा रहा है जो ज्यादा समय तक नहीं टिकेगा.. लेकिन अधिकारियों की तरफ से सोसाइटी के लोगों को कोई जवाब नहीं मिला .
निगम की इस तरह कि लापरवाही से तो यही लगता है कि इस बार भी मॉनसून दिल्ली के लिए मुसीबत बन कर ही आएगा... दिल्ली दर्पण की अब तक की सभी पड़तालों में दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली एमसीडी की पोल खुलती नजर आ रही है.. दिल्ली दर्पण आगे भी अपनी इस मुहीम को जारी रखेगा और लोगों से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाने की पुरजोर कोशिश करेगा।

यह सवाल उठ रहे है दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार की मानसून से निपटने की तैयारियों और नेताओं के बयानों से ---कहने को तो दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार सरकार के एजेंसी पीडब्लूडी दिल्ली में नालों की सफाइयों से लेकर तमाम इंतजाम पुरे करने के दावे कर रहे है --लेकिन दिल्ली दर्पण टीवी के रियलिटी चेक में ये तैयारियां अधूरी ही दिख रही है --दिल्ली के वज़ीर पुर, शालीमार बाग़ इलाके में नालों की सफाई तो चल रही है लेकिन स्थानीय RWA इन तैयारियों को आधी अधूरी बता रहे है --कहीं नालों को खुला छोड़ा हुआ है तो कहीं नालों का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है --लोगों को डर है की यह मानसून इस बार फिर से दिल्ली वालों के मुसीबत बनकर आएगा .
इलाके की RWA का यह डर बेवजह नहीं है --दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई का जिम्मा जिन दो मुख्य सरकारी एजेंसियों पर है उनमें फिर से तालमेल की कमी दिख रही है --दिल्ली नगर निगम इस मामले में अभी से ब्लेम गेम की तयारी में है --यही वजह है की नार्थ दिल्ली नगर निगम के नेता मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल से मिलकर गुहार लगा रहे है वह अपने अधीन नालों की सफाई पर ध्यान दें ---वहीँ विधायक दिल्ली नगर निगम पर आरोप लगा रहे है की वह उनके नालों से निकली गाद और कचरे को कूड़ेदानों में नहीं फेंकने पर अडचनक पैदा कर रही है .
इस बार दिल्ली में ज्यादातर निगम पार्षद नए चुने गए है --शायद यही वजह है की वे खुद खड़े होकर नालों की सफाई रहे है और दावा कर रहे है की इस बार उनके इलाके में जलजमाव की समस्या नहीं होगी.
