गुजरात की एक अदालत ने पाटीदार कोटा आंदोलन के नेता हार्दिक पटेल को साल 2015 के विसनगर दंगा केस में बुधवार को दोषी करार देते हुए उन्हें दो साल कैद की सजा सुनाई। विसनगर, सत्र अदालत के न्यायाधीश वी. पी. अग्रवाल ने हार्दिक और उनके दो साथियों लालजी पटेल और ए. के. पटेल को दंगा भड़काने, आगजनी करने, संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने और गैरकानूनी तरीके से इकट्ठा होने से जुड़ी आईपीसी की धाराओं के तहत दोषी ठहराया। अदालत ने दो साल कारावास के साथ साथ तीनों पर 50 - 50 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया। केस में अन्य 14 आरोपियों को सबूतों के अभाव में रिहा कर दिया गया।

कहते हैं जहाँ नारी की पूजा होती है, वहां देवता निवास करते हैं.....लेकिन हमारे समाज में अब इन बातों का कोई मोल नहीं रह गया है....अगर वाकई कीमत होती, तो इस तरह के दरिन्दे 4-5 साल की बच्चियों को अपनी हवस का शिकार ना बना रहे होते....ये है दिल्ली के बुध विहार फेज़ 1 का इलाका....ये वही सूनसान जगह और सालों से बंद खंडहरनूमा मकान है.... यहां एक वहशी चार साल की मासूम बच्ची को बहला फुसलाकर ले आया ....और उसे अपनी विकृत मानसिकता का शिकार बना डाला...इतना ही नहीं दरिंदा दर्द से कराह रही इस मासूम को यहीं छोड़ कर भाग खड़ा हुआ....किसी तरह बच्ची घर पहुंची और मां को बताया...
बच्ची के परिजनों का कहना है कि उनकी बच्ची के साथ ऐसा उस वक्त हुआ... जब वह दोपहर में अपने घर के बाहर खेल रही थी....और दरिंडा उनकी लड़की और लड़के दोनों को कंजक जिमाने के नाम पर ले गया...लेकिन बाद में लड़के को यह कर भगा दिया कि कंजक में लड़के को allowed नहीं है....
पुलिस ने आरोपी की पहचान कर उसे पकड़ लिया है और आरोपी बालिग़ है या नाबलिग इस बात की जांच जारी है .. उधर बच्ची के परिजन आरोपी दरिंदे को सख्त से सख्त सजा देने की मांग कर रहे हैं
