जलालपुर जौनपुर स्थानीय थाना क्षेत्र के छातीडीह कुर्री गांव में सोमवार की सुबह दो पक्षों में जमीनी विवाद के चलते मारपीट हो गई जिसमें एक पक्ष की सास बहू गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गयी। घायलों की गंभीरावस्था को देखते हुए डाक्टरों की टीम ने जिला अस्पताल के लिए रेफर कर दिया। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार जय मूर्ति उम्र 65 वर्ष तथा रीता देवी उम्र 45 वर्ष निवासी छाती डीह को सुबह उनके पट्टीदार विमल राजनाथ तथा सोमनाथ ने मार पीटकर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया गांव वालो ने घटना की सूचना 108 पर दिया सूचना पर पहुंचे 108 के पायलट सेराज राईनी तथा टेक्नीशियन बहारूउद्दीन अंसारी ने मौके पर पहुंचकर दोनो घायलों को लादकर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रेहटी ले आए जहां पर प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद डॉक्टरों की टीम ने दोनो की गंभीरावस्था को देखते हुए जिला अस्पताल के लिए रेफर कर दिया । पुलिस मामले को संज्ञान में लेकर जांच पड़ताल में जुट गई है।

हर्ष फायरिंग के दौरान गोली लगने के मामले आम हो गए है जिसके तहत सन्तकबीरनगर जिले के घनघटा थाना क्षेत्र के औराडांड गाव में रविवार की रात्रि में शादी के दौरान हर्ष फायरिंग के दौरान एक 12 वर्षीय बच्चे को गोली लग गयी है और उसकी हालत नाजुक बनी हुई है ।वीओ...आपको बतादे की धनघटा थाना क्षेत्र में वैवाहिक कार्यक्रम के दौरान देर रात हर्ष फायरिंग में एक बच्चे को गोली लग गई. घटना से लोगों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई. परिजनों ने गंभीर रूप से घायल बच्चे को जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया जहां पीड़ित की हालत स्थिर बनी हुई है. घायल बच्चे के चाचा ने आरोप लगाया है कि आरोपियों मे उसके भतीजे को जान से मारने के इरादे से गोली चलाई गई थी. ग्रामीणों के अनुसार कई साल पहने हर्ष फायरिंग में घायल बच्चे के पिता की भी मौत हो चुकी है. पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है.
धनघटा थाना क्षेत्र के औराडाड़ गांव निवासी रघुबीर यादव पुत्र राम तीरथ की पुत्री की रविवार को शादी थी. शादी में आर्केस्ट्रा पर बराती और घराती डांस कर रहे थे. डांस के दौरान गांव के ही सुनील, धीरज यादव और बेलघाट निवासी बबलू सिंह और फनफन यादव कट्टे से फायरिंग कर रहे थे. इस दौरान एक गोली गांव के ही राज सिंह के दाहिने पैर की जांघ में लग गई. गोली लगने से वह जमीन पर गिर पड़ा.पीड़ित के चाचा कृष्णमोहन सिंह का आरोप है कि दो राउंड फायरिंग तो उन लोगों ने ऊपर की. लेकिन, तीसरी बार जान से मारने की नीयत से उसके ऊपर ही गोली चला दी. गोली दाहिने पैर के जांघ में जा धंसी. गोली लगते ही राज सिंह लहूलुहान होकर जमीन पर गिर पड़ा. घटना से अफरा-तफरी मच गई. गंभीर रूप से घायल राज सिंह को जिला अस्पताल भे भर्ती कराया गया. घयाल की हालत चिंता के बाहर है ।।

यूपी के डिप्टी सीएम एवम प्रयागराज मंडल के प्रभारी मंत्री ब्रजेश पाठक ने संयुक्त जिला चिकित्सालय का निरीक्षण किया, निरीक्षण के दौरान उपस्थिति पंजिका की जॉच की। उन्होंने इमर्जेन्सी वार्ड एवं जनरल वार्ड का निरीक्षण कर भर्ती मरीजों से वार्ता कर उनके स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए बेहतर चिकित्सीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये। प्रभारी मंत्री ने निर्माणाधीन मेडिकल कॉलेज, कादीपुर के निरीक्षण के दौरान परियोजना से सम्बन्धित विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त करने पर बताया गया कि दिसम्बर 2022 तक निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया जायेगा, जिस पर प्रभारी मंत्री ने कहा कि निर्माण कार्य गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं समयान्तर्गत पूर्ण करा लिया जाय, जिससे इसी सत्र से शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू किया जा सकें। उन्होंने मजदूरों से वार्ता कर रहने, खाने-पीने एवं मजदूरी समय से मिलने की जानकारी प्राप्त करने पर बताया गया कि उन्हें किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या नहीं है।

यूपी के कौशांबी जिले के मंझनपुर कोतवाली के ऊनो गांव में कुछ दबंगों ने एक कुनबे को लाठी-डंडों से जमकर पीटा है, पिटाई से लगभग आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा लोग बुरी तरह घायल हो गए है, जिनका इलाज जिला अस्पताल में चल रहा है ।पीड़ित ने थाना प्रभारी सहित एसपी को शिकायती पत्र देकर दबंगों खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।मंझनपुर कोतवाली के ऊनो गांव के बुधराम पुत्र जगत नारायण, बुद्ध राम राम कुमार मूलनिवासी है। प्रार्थी लोगों ने शिकायती पत्र में बताया कि गांव के ही दबंग लोग राधा कृष्ण द्विवेदी, नीतीश, नरोत्तम पांडे प्रवीण पांडे, उर्फ रिंकू आशुतोष शिवम पांडे देव मुहूर्त और चूंकि आदि लोगों ने पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर लाठी-डंडों से घर में घुसकर जमकर मारा पीटा है। दबंगों ने घर में घुसकर गुंडे के लोगों को लाठी-डंडों सहित अन्य चीजों से जमकर मारा पीटा है। पिटाई से करीब आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा लोग बुरी तरह घायल है सभी लोगों के शरीर के निशान में गहरी चोट है विरोध में स्थानीय थाने में भी शिकायत किया उसके बावजूद भी पुलिस मौके पर नही गई। इसको लेकर पीड़ित लोगों में आक्रोश है। पीडितों ने एसपी को शिकायती पत्र देकर दबंगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर में शहर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के पिन्ना बाईपास पर पुलिस और बाइक सवार बदमाश की मुठभेड़ हो गई। इस दौरान पैर में गोली लगने पर एक बदमाश घायल हो गया। एक सिपाही भी हाथ मे गोली लगने पर घायल हुआ है। पुलिस ने घायलों को उपचार के लिए जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया है। पुलिस के अनुसार घायल बदमाश 10000 का इनामी है।पुलिस के अनुसार बुधवार दोपहर में पुलिस को पीनना बाईपास के निकट बाइक पर सवार एक बदमाश घूमने की जानकारी मिली। इसके बाद पुलिस ने घेराबंदी की तो पुलिस को देख कर बदमाश ने तमंचे से पुलिस पर फायर कर दिया। किसी तरह पुलिस ने बदमाश को गिरफ्तार किया।मुठभेड़ के दौरान पैर में गोली लगने पर बदमाश घायल हो गया। घायल बदमाश थाना भोपा क्षेत्र के कस्बा भोकरहेड़ी निवासी सोनू पुत्र राजवीर है। उसके खिलाफ गंभीर धाराओं के 18 मुकदमे दर्ज हैं।सीओ सिटी कुलदीप सिंह ने बताया कि मुठभेड़ में एक सिपाही विकास भी घायल हुआ है। उसे भी अस्पताल में उपचार दिलाया गया है। बदमाश से एक तमंचा व बिना नंबर की बाइक बरामद हुई है।

यूपी सरकार ने प्रदेश के जिलों की व्यवस्था को चुस्त-दुरूस्त रखने के लिए प्रभारी मंत्रियों को तैनात किया है। प्रदेश के कैबिनेट मंत्री व आजमगढ़ के प्रभारी मंत्री संजय निषाद ने आजमगढ़ जिले के अस्पताल का निरीक्षण किया। इस निरीक्षण में जिला अस्पताल की पोल खुल गई। प्रभारी मंत्री के इस निरीक्षण के अवसर पर न तो अस्पताल में मंडलीय चिकित्सा अधिकारी और न ही सीएमओ सहित बड़ी संख्या में डाक्टर नदारद रहे। हालांकि प्रभारी मंत्री संजय निषाद ने डाक्टरों व चिकित्सा व्यवस्था को सही होने का दावा करते हुए कहा कि जो कमियां हैं, उन्हें जल्द ही दूर कर ली जाएंगी। प्रभारी मंत्री संजय निषाद ने कहा कि प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की मंशा है कि प्रदेश के जिलों की सभी व्यवस्था दुरूस्त हो पर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था और बेहतर करने की जरूरत है। इसके पीछे तर्क दिया कि सरकारी अस्पताल में सबसे अधिक गरीब मरीज आते हैं। ऐसे में इन मरीजों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ मिल सके। प्रभारी मंत्री ने बिजली की बदहाल व्यवस्था के सवाल पर कहा कि बिजली की समस्या विगत 70 सालों से थी वह लगातार सही हो रही है। आगे और बेहतर की जाएगी। अस्पताल में गंदगी के सवाल पर प्रभारी मंत्री ने कहा कि भीड़ ज्यादा होती है इस कारण इस तरह की समस्या है पर जल्द ही इसका समाधान कर लिया जाएगा।

यूपी के कौशाम्बी जिले के कोखराज थाना क्षेत्र में तेज रफ्तार कार अनियंत्रित होकर डिवाइडर से टकराकर खाई में पलट गई,तेज आवाज के साथ खाई में कार पलटी देख हड़कंप मच गया,कार में दबकर चार लोग गंभीर घायल हो गए।मौके पर पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने हादसे में कार में फंसे हुए चार कार सवारों को पुलिस की सहायता से एंबुलेंस से जिला अस्पताल भेजा।घटनास्थल पर पहुंची कोखराज थाना पुलिस ने घायलों को एंबुलेंस से जिला अस्पताल भेजकर कार को ग्रामीणों की मदद से सीधा कराया और जांच शुरू कर दी।घटना कोखराज थाना क्षेत्र के सकाढ़ा बाई पास के पास की है जहा अंधे मोड़ पर तेज रफ्तार कार पलट गई,जिसमे हमीरपुर से प्रयागराज जा रहे चार लोग गंभीर घायल हो गए।सभी घायलों को एंबुलेंस से जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया और घायलों के परिजनों को सूचना दी गई।
