जनपद बहराइच ही नहीं पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश में छुट्टा पशु से किसान बहुत परेशान है। लेकिन आज जिलाधिकारी मोनिका रानी ने बताया कि इस समस्या से अब किसानों को निजात मिल जाएगी।अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिलेट्स वर्ष के उपलक्ष्य में जनपदीय मिलेट्स किसान मेले में जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि छुट्टा पशुओं जो किसान परेशान हैं उसके निराकरण के लिए सरकार सोलर फेंसिंग पर विचार कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन किसान भाइयों की फसल पशुओं से नष्ट हो जाती है वह अब शत प्रतिशत बच सकेगी।

बहराइच जिले में कोतवाली देहात के बहादुरपुर गांव निवासी दंपती की 14 जून को रात में फावड़े से काटकर हत्या कर दी गई थी जिसमे पुलिस ने अज्ञात के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी थी । पुलिस अधीक्षक केशव कुमार चौधरी ने हत्याकांड का खुलासा करते हुए दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। जबकि फरार एक हत्यारोपी की तलाश में पुलिस टीम लगी है। पुलिस ने पकड़े गए दो अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। जबकि गांव निवासी फरार 1 अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस दबिश दे रही है। पुलिस अधीक्षक केशव कुमार चौधरी ने डबल मर्डर के खुलासा करने वाली पुलिस टीम की सराहना की साथ ही पुलिस टीम को 25 हजार का इनाम देने की घोषणा की है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के बहराइच में न्यायालय चतुर्थ अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश ने शनिवार को हत्या के मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए हत्यारोपी को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। साथ ही 20 हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड लगाया है। अर्थदंड अदा न करने पर छह माह के अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा भुगतनी होगी। न्यायालय ने 24 साल के लम्बे ट्रायल के बाद आज अपना फैसला सुनाया है। बता दें कि श्रावस्ती के सोनवा थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम तुरहनी रज्जब गांव निवासी सत्तार खां की सीने में चाकू मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। वहीं इस मामले में दीवानी न्यायालय के एडीजीसी क्रिम्नल सुनील कुमार जायसवाल ने बताया कि नौ जनवरी वर्ष 1998 को सत्तार खां के खेत में बकरी गेंहू की फसल चर रही थी। बकरी को सत्तार खां ने पकड़ लिया और उसे कांजी हाउस ले जा रहा था। तभी गांव निवासी अब्दुल रहमान पुत्र मुमताज वहां पहुंच गया और उसने बकरी लें जाने का विरोध करते हुए सत्तार खां को चाकू मार दिया। मौके पर ही सत्तार खां की मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज की और विवेचना के बाद न्यायालय पर आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया।

रात में 28 साल का एक युवक अपने खेत की रखवाली कर रहा था तभी टाइगर ने उस-पर हमला कर दिया जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई। घटना स्थल पर wwf व वन विभाग की टीमों को भेजा गया है, जिस इलाके में यह हादसा हुआ है वह जंगली जनवरों के हमले के मामले में काफी संवेदनशील इलाका है और वहाँ आए दिन इस तरह के हमले होते रहते हैं।
कतर्नियाघाट वन्यजीव प्रभाग के कतर्नियाघाट रेंज अंतर्गत आम्बा गांव में गेरुआ नदी से सटा गांव निवासी शाकिर अली पुत्र रफीक का खेत है। जिसमें गेंहू की फसल लगी हुई है। शाकिर अली ने खेत को गांव निवासी मुराली पासवान को बटैया पर दे रखा है। फसल को वन्यजीव आयदिन नुकसान करते हैं। खेत की सुरक्षा को लेकर मुराली का बेटा 25 वर्षीय राकेश पासवान बीती रात खेत की रखवाली करने गया था। सुबह जब वह घर नही लौटा तो घर कर लोग उसे बुलाने के लिए खेत पंहुचे। जहां उसका क्षतविक्षत शव खेत में पड़ा मिला। सिर धड़ से अलग था । घटना से गांव में हड़कंप मच गया। शव को देखने से प्रतीत हुआ कि बाघ ने हमला कर अपना निवाला बनाया है। देखते ही देखते भारी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई । ग्रामीणों ने सूचना वन विभाग को दी है । डीएफओ आकाशदीप बधावन ने बताया कि हमले के पैटर्न से ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि यह टाइगर का हमला है, हम लोग पदचिन्हों की तस्वीरें ले रहे हैं जिससे और भी क्लीयर हो जाएगा।उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस वक्त गन्ने की कटाई का सीज़न चल रहा है इस सीजन में इस तरह के हादसे बढ़ जाते हैं। आपको बताते चले कि कतर्नियाघाट वन्यजीव प्रभाग में जंगली जानवरों के हमले से एक वर्ष में लगभग एक दर्जन मौते हो जाती हैं।

एक बार फिर भारतीय जनता पार्टी और समाजवादी पार्टी के समर्थकों के बीच खूनी संघर्ष हो गया, सपा कार्यकर्ता का आरोप है कि मटेरा विधान सभा के भाजपा प्रतियाशी अरुणवीर सिंह के बेटे करन सिंह ने दो दर्जन लोंगो के साथ उन पर हमला कर दिया, जिससे उनका हाथ टूट गया और सर में चोट आई है।बहराइच में रविवार को पाँचवे चरण का मतदान होना है इसलिए कल शाम से प्रचार थम गया है लेकिन सपा और भाजपा के बीच की टसल थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। पहले पयागपुर विधानसभा में सपा और भाजपा समर्थक भिड़े और आज देर रात मटेरा विधानसभा में खूनी संघर्ष हो गया।आपको बताते चले कि पूर्व विधायक दिलीप वर्मा की पत्नी माधुरी वर्मा नानपारा विधानसभा से सपा प्रतियाशी है, लेकिन दलीप वर्मा बहराइच के कुर्मी नेताओं में एक बड़ा नाम है इसलिए उनका दखल अगल-बगल की सीटों पर भी रहता है इसी के मद्देनजर उन्होंने अपने भतीजे विनोद को मटेरा विधान सभा मे सपा से चुनाव लड़ रही यासर शाह की पत्नि मारिया शाह के समर्थन में लगा रखा था जो भाजपा प्रतियाशी अरुण वीर के बेटे करन को नहीं पसन्द आ रहा था इसलिए करन ने विनोद को मटेरा में प्रचार करने से रोकना चाहा जिस यह विवाद उतपन्न हुआ जो देखते-देखते खूनी संघर्ष में बदल गया।
नानपारा से सपा प्रतियाशी माधुरी वर्मा के पति दिलीप वर्मा ने बताया कि घायल व्यक्ति सपा नेता होने के साथ ही मेरा भतीजा है उसको भाजपाइयों ने यह कह कर पीटा कि तुम नानपारा में जाकर प्रचार करो मेरी विधानसभा में क्यों आते हो।पुलिस अधीक्षक केशव कुमार चौधरी ने बताया कि मटेरा मामले में पुलिस ने घटना का संज्ञान लेते हुए खुद अपनी तरफ दोनों पार्टियों के विरूद्ध मुकदमा लिखा है।जानकारों का मानना है कि कुर्मी नेता के भतीजे पर हुए इस हमले का असर बहराइच की कई और सीटों पर भी पड़ सकता है। बहरहाल अब 10 मार्च को पता चलेगा कि राजनीति में अपराधीकरण को लोग तरजीह देते है या इस तरह के व्यवहार को नकारते हैं।
