बीते मंगलवार को UPSC ने सिविल सर्विसेज परीक्षा 2022 के नतीजे घोषित किए। इस बार UPSC में बाजी बेटियों ने मारी। टॉप 4 स्थानों पर बेटियां ही दिखीं। इशिता किशोर ने देशभर में पहला और बिहार की गरिमा लोहिया ने दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। इसी बीच एक ऐसी खबर सामने आई जिसने सबको हैरान कर दिया। UPSC के रिजल्ट में एक अजीबोगरीब मामले में एक ही नाम की दो लड़कियों ने दवा किया है कि उन्होंने परीक्षा में सफलता हासिल की है। ताज्जुब यह है कि दोनों के नाम और रोल नंबर एक हैं। इतना ही नहीं, दोनों 184वीं रैंक मिलने का दावा कर रही हैं। रिजल्ट आने के बाद से दोनों लड़कियों के घर में जश्न का माहौल है, लेकिन सवाल है कि क्या ऐसा संभव? अब जांच के बाद ही पता चलेगा कि दोनों में से किसका दावा सही है।

यूक्रेन पर रूस के हमले के बीच वहां फंसे भारतीयों को लाना एक बड़ी चुनौती बनता जा रहा है। करीब 15 हजार भारतीय छात्र इस वक्त यूक्रेन में फंसे हैं, जिन्हें सुरक्षित वापस लाने के लिए भारत सरकार ने ‘ऑपरेशन गंगा’ शुरू किया है। अभियान में तेजी लाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को वायुसेना को भी इससे जुड़ने का आदेश दिया। वायु सेना के हवाई जहाज़ों के जुड़ने से भारतीयों के लौटने की प्रक्रिया गति पकड़ेगी और उनकी संख्या में भी वृद्धि होगी। इसके साथ ही भारत से भेजी जा रही राहत सामग्री भी और तेजी से पहुंचेगी। इस पूरे घटनाक्रम ने करीब 32 वर्ष पहले कुवैत में किए गए एयरलिफ्ट ऑपरेशन की याद दिला दी है, जब भारत के सामने अपने लाखों लोगों को सकुशल वापस लाने की चुनौती थी।

പ്രതിരോധ ഗവേഷണ വികസന സംഘടന (ഡിആർഡിഒ) രണ്ടാമത്തെ വ്യോമ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് വിമാനമായ ‘നേത്ര’യും വ്യോമസേനയ്ക്ക് കൈമാറി. തദ്ദേശീയമായി നിർമിച്ച വിമാനം വെസ്റ്റേൺ എയർ കമാൻഡ് മേധാവി എയർ മാർഷൽ രഘുനാഥ് നമ്പ്യാറിന് പഞ്ചാബിലെ ബതിന്ദ എയർ ബേസിൽ വച്ചാണ് കൈമാറിയത്.
ഈ വർഷം ഫെബ്രുവരിയിൽ പാക്കിസ്ഥാനിലെ ഭീകരക്യാംപുകൾ തകർക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് അത്യാധുനിക ടെക്നോളജികളാണ് നേത്ര. വ്യോമസേനയുടെ ഒരു ചെറിയ ശതമാനം ടെക്നോളജിയും സംവിധാനങ്ങളും മാത്രമാണ് പാക്ക് ഭീകരക്യാംപുകളെ തകർക്കാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. ഇതിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒന്നായിരുന്നു നേത്ര വിമാനം. എയർബോൺ ഏർലി വാണിങ് ആൻഡ് കൺട്രോൾ സംവിധാനം ഘടിപ്പിച്ച നേത്ര വിമാനമാണ് 12 മിറാഷ് 2000 പോർവിമാനങ്ങൾക്കും സുഖകരമായി കുതിക്കാൻ വഴിയൊരുക്കിയത്.
ഇന്ത്യ തദ്ദേശീയമായി വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്ത ആകാശ നിരീക്ഷണ വിമാനമാണ് നേത്ര. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്ഷമാണ് ഈ വിമാനം ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യോമസേന സ്വന്തമാക്കിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ബെംഗളൂരൂവിൽ നടന്ന എയർഷോയിലായിരുന്നു വിമാനം കൈമാറിയത്. അതിർത്തി കടക്കാതെ തന്നെ കിലോമീറ്ററുകളോളം ദൂരത്തിൽ ആകാശ നിരീക്ഷണം നടത്താൻ ശേഷിയുള്ളതാണ് വിമാനം. ഇതിനായി അത്യാധുനിക സംവിധാനങ്ങളാണ് സജ്ജീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതായത് പാക്കിസ്ഥാന്റെ വ്യോമപരിധിയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാതെ തന്നെ അവിടത്തെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ കൃത്യമായി ട്രാക്കു ചെയ്യാൻ നേത്രയ്ക്ക് സാധിച്ചു. ഇതാണ് മിറാഷ് 2000 പൈലറ്റുമാർക്ക് ആക്രമണം നടത്തി സുരക്ഷിതമായി തിരിച്ചെത്താൻ സഹായിച്ചത്.
റഡാറിന്റെയും മറ്റു ടെക്നോളജികളുടെയും സഹായത്തോടെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ നീക്കങ്ങള് നിരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ ശേഷിയുള്ള എയർബോൺ ഏർളി വാർണിങ് ആൻഡ് കൺട്രോൾ സിസ്റ്റം (അവാക്സ്) ആണ് ഈ വിമാനത്തിൽ ഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. മുൻ പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി മനോഹർ പരീക്കറാണ് ഈ വിമാനം വ്യോമസേനക്ക് കൈമാറിയത്.
പ്രതിരോധ മേഖലയിലെ ലോക ശക്തികളായ അമേരിക്ക, റഷ്യ, ഫ്രാൻസ്, ഇസ്രായേൽ തുടങ്ങി രാജ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് മാത്രമാണ് ഈ സംവിധാനമുള്ള വിമാനങ്ങളുള്ളത്. ഏറെ കാലത്തെ കാത്തിരിപ്പിനു ശേഷമാണ് ഇന്ത്യയും ഈ നേട്ടം കൈവരിക്കുന്നത്. ഡിആർഡിഒയാണ് ഇതു വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്തത്.
