जीवनदायीनी आपातकालीन सेवा 108 और खुशीयो कि सवारी के पहीए सामुहिक अवकास पर चले गये है।जिस कारण स्वास्थ्य सुविधा पुरी तरह चरमरा गई है। 108 आपातकालीन सेवा और खुशीयो कि सवारी के चालक और कर्मचारी अपनी सात सूत्रीय मांगो को लेकर अनिश्चितकाल के लिए सामुहिक अवकाश पर चले गये। जिससे प्रदेश में स्वास्थय सुविधाए पुरी तरह चरमरा गई है। खासकर आपातकालीन सेवा 108 का असर कोटद्वार और पहाडी इलाको में देखने को मिला। सामुहिक अवकाश 108 के चालको का कहना है कि हमारी सात सूत्रीय मांगे बडी नही है जो कम्पनी और सरकार को इतना सोचना पड रहा है।खासकर मांगो में जो हमे नियमित वेतन नही दिया जा रहा है। जिस कारण हमे आर्थिक दिक्कतो का सामना करना पड रहा है।वंही अगर हम एक दिन कि छुटटी करते है तो हमारा दो दिन का वेतन काट दिया जाता है। अगर कम्पनी ऐसी नीति अपना रही है तो हमे तीन महीनो के वेतन में बढोतरी करके देना चाहीए।अगर शीर्घ ही हमारी मांगे पुरी नही होती है तो हमारा सामुहिक अवकाश लगातार जारी रहेगा। ंवही आपातकालीन सेवा 108 और खुशीयो कि सवारी का असर कोटद्वार बेस चिकित्सालय में भी देखने को मिला जिसमें बेस चिकित्सालय के सीएमएस का कहना है कि मरीजो को कुछ दिक्कतो का सामना करना पड रहा है। अस्पताल के पास अपनी ऐम्बुलेंस है जिससे कुछ राहत मिल रही है लेकिन खुशीयो कि सवारी का असर देखने को मिल रहा है। जिसमें जच्चा बच्चा को स्वंय निर्वहन करके जा रहे है।

छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर में अस्पताल ले जाते समय कथित रूप से एंबुलेंस का दरवाजा नहीं खुलने से ढाई महीने के एक शिशु की मृत्यु हो गई है. बिहार के गया जिला निवासी अंबिका सिंह ने यहां संवाददाताओं को बताया कि उनके ढाई महीने की बच्ची को हृदय रोग होने के कारण वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ नया रायपुर के सत्य साई अस्पताल के लिए यहां आए थे. वह ट्रेन से दिल्ली से रायपुर पहुंचे.सिंह ने बताया कि जब रायपुर पहुंचे तब उन्हें महसूस हुआ कि बच्ची की हालत बिगड़ रही है. बच्ची की हालत को देखते हुए उन्होंने मुफ्त एंबुलेंस सेवा संजीवनी एक्सप्रेस 108 से संपर्क किया. संपर्क करने के बाद एंबुलेंस स्टेशन पहुंच गया.उन्होंने बताया कि जब बच्चे को लेकर पास के डाक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर अस्पताल पहुंचे तब एंबुलेस का दरवाजा नहीं खुला और वह भीतर ही फंस गए
