नल जल योजना में जमकर हुआ भ्रष्टाचार!
धरातल पर नहीं उतरी नल जल योजना
बिहार की नितीश सराकर ने नल जल योजना को लेकर खुब वावाही लूटी लेकिन कई जिलों में नीतीश सरकार की योजना धरातल पर ही नहीं उतर पाई... दरअसल मुज़फ़्फ़रपुर ज़िला के औराई प्रखंड के सरचिया पंचायत में सात निश्चय योजना का काम धरातल पर हुआ ही नहीं और पैसा भी गोल हो गया... बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार के द्वारा ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्र में 1 लाख 18 हज़ार 31 में से 82 हज़ार 182 वार्ड में कार्य पूर्ण हो होने की बात कही गई थी और बचे वार्डों में अक्टूबर तक योजना के पूर्ण होने की बात कही थी लेकिन हर घर नल का जल नहीं पहुंचा... काम भी पूर्ण हो चुका है लेकिन सिर्फ कागजों पर... जबकि धरातल पर अभी भी कुछ नज़र नहीं आ रहा... सवाल ये उठता हैं कि आखिरकार इसमें दोषी कौन है और इसके पैसे कहां गए...
