कछुए की चाल से भी धीमा सिर्फ दिखावे के लिए चल रहा है काम

इस फोटो और वीडियो को देखकर आप अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि बरसात के दिनों में जल विहार कॉलोनी सहित जलभराव से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लोगों को कितनी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है | 15 वर्षों से भी ज्यादा समय से जल विहार कॉलोनी के लोग जलभराव की परेशानियों से पीड़ित हैं और शासन प्रशासन के तमाम प्रयासों, दावों के बावजूद जलस्तर हर वर्ष बढ़ता ही जा रहा है | रायपुर को स्मार्ट सिटी मानने वाले, बनाने वाले निगमायुक्त, महापौर, पार्षद, संबंधित सभी अधिकारियों के साथ-साथ रायपुर कलेक्टर एवं नगरी प्रशासन मंत्री से आग्रह है कि बरसात के दिनों में *कुछ दिन तो गुजारो जलविहार के डूबान प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में* एसी दफ्तरों में बैठकर एसी कारों में घूम घूम कर जो प्लान बनाए जाते हैं उनमें सब अपनी हिस्सेदारी पहले देखते हैं, जिसके कारण सही प्लान बनता ही नहीं | *बरसात पूर्व जिला प्रशासन, निगम प्रशासन की तैयारियां ?* *कब तक जनता को बेवकूफ बनाते रहेंगे संबंधित अधिकारी और जनप्रतिनिधि ?* *शासन प्रशासन की तमाम योजनाओं के बावजूद* *जलभराव रोकने के प्रयासों के बावजूद* *करोड़ों रुपए खर्च करने के बावजूद* *जलभराव की परेशानियों से नागरिकों को मुक्ति नहीं क्यों ?* आवश्यक खर्च से 2 गुना - 3 गुना राशि खर्च होने के बावजूद समय सीमा और गुणवत्ता पर कोई कंट्रोल करने वाला ही नहीं | सरकार बदलने के बावजूद स्थितियों - परिस्थितियों में कोई परिवर्तन नजर नहीं आ रहा पीड़ित नागरिक महापौर एजाज ढेबर निगम आयुक्तों जो समय-समय पर बदलते रहते हैं सहित पार्षदों को शिकायत कर कर के थक गए परंतु सभी की तरफ से लगातार आश्वासन ही मिलता रहता है परंतु नतीजा रिजल्ट कोई नहीं दे पा रहा ऐसा क्यों ? नगरी प्रशासन मंत्री शिव डहरिया से भी इस समस्या पर चर्चा की गई, परंतु काम है कि कछुए की चाल से भी धीमा सिर्फ दिखावे के लिए चल रहा है |
