दिल्ली के नए उपराज्यपाल साहब का पहला मकसद दिल्ली में नार्थ-वेस्ट की तरफ से पॉल्यूशन फैला रहे कूड़े के ढेर भलस्वा लैंड फील साइट का समाधान करना होगा| यहां ये कूड़े का ख़ता एक पहाड़ का रूप ले चुका है इससे जहरीला पानी रिस्ता रहता है| इसकी गन्दगी और बदबू देखिये यहां से पूरी दिल्ली में जाती है| अधिकतर समय हवा भी पश्चिम या उत्तर पश्चिम से ही आती है और उसी दिशा में ये कूड़े का ढेर है और इससे पूरी दिल्ली में पॉल्यूशन जाता है| हर सरकार ने ये मुद्दा उठाया और स्थानीय लोगो ने खता हटाओ आंदोलन तक शुरू किया पर अभी तक सब प्रयास बेअसर रहे| इस लैंड फील साइट को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल और हेल्थ मनिस्टर सतेंद्र जैन कई बार ब्यान दे चुके है पर समाधान नही हुआ है और इसकी ऊंचाई मानको को पार कर चुकी है| अब जैसे ही दिल्ली के नए उपराज्यपाल अनिल बैजल आये है तो आते ही उपराज्यपाल साहब ने आज इस भलस्वा लैंडफिल साइट का दौरा किया और स्थानीय लोगो से भी उपराज्यपाल साहब मिले स्थानीय लोगो ने बताया की उपराज्यपाल साहब ने इस साइट को लेकर बड़ी मुस्तेदी दिखाई है और पहला फोकस इसपर| इसको लेकर मंगलवार को उपराज्यपाल साहब ने बड़ी मीटिंग बुलाई है जिसमे इस लैंडफिल साइट के समाधान पर मंथन होगा| स्थानीय लोग कई सालो से ये मांग कर रह थे सभी सरकारों और कई उपराज्यपालो से ये मांग कर चुके है| पर पहली बार इतनी मुस्तेदी उपराज्यपाल साहब ने दिखाई तो स्थानीय लोग काफी खुश है|
