वोडाफोन-आइडिया को बैंकों ने एक लाख करोड़ रुपये का लोन दे रखा है। दोनों कंपनियों ने कहा है कि लोन चुकाने से अच्छा खुद को दिवालिया घोषित करना होगा। जब कंपनी किसी भी लोन का भुगतान करने की स्थिति में नहीं होगी तो बैंकों को इसे लोन को एनपीए में तब्दील करना पड़ेगा जिसका काफी बुरा असर बैंक और बैंक ग्राहकों पर पड़ेगा।
