दिमागी बुखार , मलेरिया , डेंगू , जापानी बुखार , चिकनगुनिया जैसी घातक बीमारियों से बचाओ के लिए राजधानी के लोकबंधु अस्पताल में शुरू किया गया इंसेफेलाइटिस ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर दरअसल बारिश शुरू होते ही ये तमाम बीमारियां सक्रिय हो जाती है और इसका खासा असर बच्चों में देखने को मिलता है जिसके मद्देनजर अस्पताल प्रशासन ने 4 बेड के इंसेफेलाइटिस ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर की शुरुआत की है वहीं अस्पताल चिकित्सा अधीक्षक अजय शंकर त्रिपाठी का कहना है की बरसात शुरू होते ही इंसेफेलाइटिस मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ जाती है जिससे बचाओ के लिए 4 बेड आरक्षित किए गए है दिमागी बुखार के लक्षण होने पर मरीज का सैंपल ले कर जांच कराया जाता है जिसके बाद समुचित इलाज की सुविधा यहां उपलब्ध है ।

अभी तक फिल्मों में आपने देखा होगा कि प्राइवेट हास्पिटल में मृत मरीज का इलाज किया जाता है पर आज हम आपको वीवीआईपी जिला कहे जाने वाले रायबरेली के जिला अस्पताल की वो तस्वीरे दिखएँगे जो न सिर्फ जिला अस्पताल प्रशासन की संवेदनहीनता को दर्शाती है बल्कि किस तरह स्टॉफ नर्सो द्वारा मृत मरीज का इलाज किया जा रहा है। बस फ़िल्म और हकीकत में दो फर्क है फिल्मों में मृत मरीज के परिजनों से रुपये की कमाई के चलते इलाज किया जा रहा होता है और हकीकत तस्वीर यानी रायबरेली के जिला अस्पताल में सिर्फ लापरवाही के चलते मृत मरीज का इलाज किया जाता है।
दरअसल रायबरेली के जिला अस्पताल के इमरजेंसी के सामने बने इमरजेंसी वार्ड में भर्ती मरीज की नर्स व अन्य स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की लापरवाही के चलते न सिर्फ जान चली गई बल्कि
यह तीन तस्वीरें हैं जो आपके सामने लापरवाही व मानवीय संवेदना की पराकाष्ठा को बता रही हैं पहली तस्वीर में सफाई कर्मी महिला द्वारा भर्ती मृत हो गए युवक के शरीर से जांच के लिए कई बार ब्लड निकालने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन नाकाम रही, परिजनों ने नाराजगी जताते हुए ब्लड निकालने से मना कर दिया उसके कुछ देर बाद डॉक्टर अभिजीत सैनी आए और दूर से ही देख कर चले गए, तब तक भर्ती मरीज की मौत हो गई थी. जब मीडिया ने मृतक की तरफ कैमरा घुमाया तो जिला अस्पताल में तैनात स्वास्थ्य कर्मी ने प्राइवेट अस्पताल की तरह 20 मिनट पहले मर चुके युवक को ऑक्सीजन लगाया, यही नहीं कुछ देर बाद एक स्वास्थ्य कर्मी वहां से 2 इंजेक्शन लेकर आए जो बाहर से 800-800 में मंगाए गए थे, जो तुरंत लगी ड्रिप में दोनों इंजेक्शन लगा दिए गए, जिनकी तस्वीरें कैमरे में कैद हो गई। वही ईएमओ डॉ नवीन शर्मा मौके पर आये और मृत मरीज का इलाज कर रहे स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को जमकर फटकार भी लगाई।

मरीज का चल रहा था ऑपरेशन और खत्म हो गई ऑक्सीजन। जी हां यह बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है तहसील मेंढर के सब जिला अस्पताल की। इस घटना के बाद अस्पताल प्रशासन की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवालिया निशान लग गए हैं। जानकारी अनुसार मेंढर अस्पताल में डॉक्टर एक मरीज का अपेंडिक्स का ऑपरेशन कर रहे थे कि बीच में ही ऑक्सीजन खत्म हो गई जिससे मरीज की जान पर बन आई। आनन-फानन में ऑपरेशन के लिए कट लगे मरीज को उसी अवस्था में पुंछ रैफर किया गया। जहां सफलतापूर्वक ऑपरेशन कर मरीज की जान बचाई गई।
