अगर आपने भी देश की सबसे बड़ी जीवन बीमा कंपनी एलआईसी से बीमा पॉलिसी खरीदी है तो आप प्रीमियम की रकम के बदले लोन ले सकते हैं. आप अपनी किसी जरूरत के बदले एलआईसी से पर्सनल लोन ले सकते हैं. बहुत से लोगों को हालांकि इस बारे में पता ही नहीं है क्योंकि इस सुविधा का बहुत प्रचार-प्रसार नहीं किया गया है.
अगर आपके पास एलआईसी की पॉलिसी है तो आपको बहुत कम ब्याज दर पर पर्सनल लोन मिल सकता है. यहां यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि आप एलआईसी से पर्सनल लोन सिर्फ एंडावमेंट पॉलिसी के बदले ही ले सकते हैं.
एलआईसी पॉलिसी पर कितना लोन मिल सकता है?
आपकी पॉलिसी की सरेंडर वैल्यू को ही कैश वैल्यू भी कहा जाता है. अगर आप एलआईसी से पर्सनल लोन के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं तो पहले पॉलिसी की कैश वैल्यू के बारे में जरूर जान लीजिए.
कैश वैल्यू या सरेंडर वैल्यू क्या है?
आपकी एलआईसी पॉलिसी मैच्योर होने के बाद आपको मिलने वाली रकम ही सरेंडर वैल्यू या कैश वैल्यू है. अगर आपने एलआईसी की पॉलिसी खरीदने के बाद तीन साल तक प्रीमियम जमा कराया है तभी आपको सरेंडर या कैश वैल्यू की पूरी रकम मिलती है.
एलआईसी के नियमों के मुताबिक, बीच-बीच में इस पॉलिसी में मिलने वाला बोनस भी आपके खाते में जुड़ता रहता है.
अगर आपको पॉलिसी मैच्योर होने से पहले रकम की जरूरत है तो एलआईसी पॉलिसी को सरेंडर करना समझदारी नहीं है क्योंकि इस बीच में इसकी वैल्यू बहुत कम होती है. इस रकम के बदले मिलने वाला लोन भी कम रकम का ही होगा.
एलआईसी पॉलिसी के बदले लोन कौन ले सकता है?
एलआईसी पॉलिसी के बदले लोन लेने की योग्यता यह है:
आप भारतीय नागरिक हों.
आपने एलआईसी की पॉलिसी खरीदी हो.
आपने लोन के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले कम से कम तीन साल तक प्रीमियम भरा हो.
आपकी उम्र 18 साल से अधिक हो.
आप पॉलिसी के सरेंडर वैल्यू के अधिकतम 90% तक लोन ले सकते हैं.
अगर आपकी एलआईसी पॉलिसी पेडअप है तो आप सरेंडर वैल्यू के 85% तक ही लोन ले सकते हैं.
एलआईसी पॉलिसी के बदले लिए जाने वाले लोन पर ब्याज दरें क्या हैं?
एलआईसी पॉलिसी के बदले लिए जाने वाले लोन पर ब्याज दरें 9 फीसदी हैं. आप कम से कम छह महीने की अवधि के लिए यह लोन ले सकते हैं.
