सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस ने आज देश के सिस्टम पर सवाल खड़े किए है...और सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इसके आगे बेबस बताया है...सीजेआई टीएस ठाकुर ने कहा कि क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश से देश में रामराज्य आ सकता है? क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट यह आदेश करे कि देश में भ्रष्टाचार खत्म हो तो क्या ऐसा होगा? क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट यह कहे कि देश में कोई अपराध ना हो, तो क्या ये हो सकता है? तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट अगर आदेश करे कि देशभर में फुटपाथ से कब्जे हटाए जाएं तो क्या आदेश का पालन हो जाएगा? चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा कि कोर्ट सब बुराइयों को ठीक नहीं कर सकता. हमारी भी एक सीमा है. सबका इलाज सुप्रीम कोर्ट नहीं है. कोर्ट ने यह टिप्पणी उस जनहित याचिका पर की है, जिसमें देशभर के फुटपाथ पर हुए कब्जों को हटाने की मांग की गई थी. हालांकि चीफ जस्टिस इसे खारिज करना चाहते थे, लेकिन याचिकाकर्ता की दलीलों के बाद अब सुनवाई फरवरी में होगी. दरअसल, वायस ऑफ इंडिया नामक संगठन ने 2014 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जनहित याचिका दाखिल कर कहा था कि देश भर में फुटपाथों पर अवैध कब्जे हैं, जिसकी वजह से हालात खराब हो गए हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों को नोटिस भी जारी किया था. लेकिन इस पर याचिकाकर्ता ने कहा कि लोगों की बात कोर्ट नहीं सुनेगा तो कौन सुनेगा? इस पर कोर्ट ने ये टिप्पणी की।
