लखनऊ : विधानसभा चुनाव में जनता के बीच बसपा वादों का पिटारा लेकर नहीं जाएगी, बल्कि उपलब्धियों के खजाने से लोगों को लुभाएगी। चार बार के शासन में हुए कार्यों का पार्टी ने पत्रक (फोल्डर) तैयार कराया है, उसे जन-जन तक पहुंचाया जाएगा।
बसपा की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मायावती ने पार्टी कार्यालय में उपलब्धियों का पत्रक जारी करते हुए कहा कि यह आम लोगों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा, ताकि लोग जान सके कि इसी तर्ज पर बसपा विकास कार्य कराएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बसपा की सरकार बनने पर सर्वजन हिताय सर्वजन सुखाय पर काम करेंगे। उम्मीद जताई कि 2007 की तरह ही 2022 में भी विधानसभा चुनाव का परिणाम आएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी घोषणापत्र जारी नहीं करती, बल्कि विकास कार्य करके दिखाने में विश्वास करती है। बसपा ने ही देश की आजादी के बाद सबसे अधिक विकास कराया है।

आजमगढ़ में जिस प्रकार से विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सभी पार्टियां तैयारी कर रही हैं उसी प्रकार राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल भी ताल ठोकने में लगी है। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल, पीस पार्टी व अन्य छोटे-छोटे दलों के साथ यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक एलाइंस के नाम से गठबंधन कर लोगों को कॉन्ग्रेस, सपा, बसपा और भाजपा का विकल्प देने के प्रयास में जुटी है। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल ने अपने 13वें स्थापना दिवस पर आजमगढ़ में कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ बैठक कर संगठन की मजबूती के साथ चुनाव को लेकर रणनीति तय की। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल का गठन 13 वर्ष पूर्व 4 अक्टूबर 2008 को तब हुआ था जब दिल्ली का बटला कांड मुख्य मुद्दा बना हुआ था। मुठभेड़ की न्यायिक जांच की मांग को लेकर तमाम आंदोलन हुए थे और आजमगढ़ से लेकर दिल्ली तक धरना प्रदर्शन का दौर कई वर्षों तक जारी था। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल अब तमाम मुद्दों को लेकर लोगों को खासकर मुस्लिम वर्ग को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करने का प्रयास कर रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ में गठन के बाद अब लखनऊ, कानपुर, जौनपुर समेत कई जिलों में अपनी उपस्थिति को दर्ज कराया है। आजमगढ़ के एक गेस्ट हाउस में 13वें स्थापना दिवस पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश प्रवक्ता तलहा रशादी पार्टी ने पार्टी की नीति व लक्ष्य बारे में जानकारी दी और कहा कि जिस प्रकार से 30 साल तक कांग्रेस का शासन लोगों ने देखा। उसके बाद सपा बसपा और भाजपा का शासन भी देख लोग ऊब गए हैं। उलेमा काउंसिल यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक एलायन्स बनाकर इसका विकल्प देने का प्रयास कर रही है। समाज के एक खास वर्ग को लगातार उपेक्षित किया जाता रहा है। इसके अलावा युवाओं, किसानों, गरीब तबके और तमाम मुद्दे ऐसे हैं जिन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया। कहा कि उलेमा काउंसिल ऐसा राजनीतिक दल है जो आंदोलन की कोख से जन्मा है और आज अन्याय अत्याचार के विरुद्ध जनता की मजबूत आवाज बनकर उभरा है।

यूपी के कौशांबी में चायल विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अशरफपुर (मरधरा) गांव में प्रदेश सरकार के श्रम सेवायोजन एवं समन्वयक मंत्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य ने चक्रवर्ती सम्राट अशोक की लाट का अनावरण किया। निर्धारित समय से लगभग ढाई घन्टे से देर से पहुंचे मंत्री का कार्यकर्ताओं ने भव्य स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया। उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में भाजपा सरकार के साढ़े चार साल में कराए गए विकास कार्यों को गिनाया। इसके अलावा केंद्र सरकार की जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओ के बारे में भी जानकारी दी। मीडिया के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश से अब बसपा का खेल खत्म हो रहा है, क्योंकि मायावती ने बाबा साहब के मिशन को ध्वस्त कर दिया है। इसके अलावा मान्यवर कांशीराम के विचारों का गला घोट दिया है। बहन मायावती ने बसपा को अपनी निजी संपत्ति समझ लिया है। आर्थिक स्रोत का संसाधन मान लिया है। उन्होंने बसपा के सारे अरमानों पर पानी फेरने का काम किया है। बसपा सुप्रीमो अब किसी के हाथों में कोई कमान बसपा सौंप दे। अब बसपा का कोई भला होने वाला नहीं है। यूपी की राजनीति से बसपा को लोगों ने खारिज कर दिया है। सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नरेश उत्तम पटेल पर निशाना साधते हुए स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्या ने कहा कि प्रदेश की जनता देख रही है, किसकी सरकार में दंगे होते थे। बहन, बेटियों की आबरू लूट ली जाती थी। दिनदहाड़े हत्या जैसे जघन्य अपराध होते थे। अब जब सब को न्याय मिल रहा है तो सपा को तारीफ करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मनीष के हत्यारों को भी जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा, क्योंकि कानून के शिकंजे से आज तक कोई भी आरोपी बच नहीं पाया है।

खबर यूपी के बलिया से है जहाँ सिकंदरपुर विधान सभा से पूर्व में बसपा में रहे शेख अली उर्फ संजय भाई ने एक खुलासा किया और कहा कि जब कांशी राम के जमाने मे चौपाल लगता था और सबकी बात रखने का सबको अधिकार रहता था कोई बात कहने के लिए कोई फीस नही लगता था चुनाव भी लड़ाया जाता था 80 - 85 को महत्व दिया जाता था।कांशीराम के चले जाने के बाद मायावती के सलाहकार अच्छे नही मिले।और 85 के लोग दूर होते गए दूर होते गए।और उसी कड़ी में मैं भी बसपा से स्थिपा देखर और समाजिक काम में लग गए। काम तो बहुत हैं।इंसानियत के काम करनर के लिए कोई पट्टे की जरूरत नही हैं। इंसनियत का काम करना हैं और ईश्वर को खुश करना हैं। अगर ईश्वर खुश हैं तो एमपी हो या एमएलए सारी चीजें अपने पाले में आ जाएंगी।वही समाजवादी पार्टी के पूर्व मंत्री जियायउद्दीन रिजीवी पर भी सवाल खड़ा किया और कहा कि काम करने का जज्बा होता हैं डीएनए में होता हैं।अखिलेश जी के डीएनए में कूट कूट कर भरा हैं कब क्या काम करें अभी सत्ता में नही फिर भी काम करते रहते हैं।हमारे जो विधायक हैं सिर्फ नाम के लिए विधायक हैं।उनके डीएनए में नही है कि कुछ काम करके अमर हो जाऊं। जैसे छोटे छोटे पालीटेक्निक महिला और पुरुष, बच्चों के आईटीआई महिला और पुरुष, इंटर कॉलेज, मेडिकल कॉलेज यह बड़ी बात होता, यह नही होता।लेकिन यह कोशिस करना चाहिए। अखिलेश जी के नाम वोट मांगने का काम करते हैं। और विधायक चरने का काम करते हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव की तैयारी का आगाज कर रहे चीफ AIMIM असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा है कि इस बार यूपी का मुसलमान चुनाव जीतेगा। 100 सीटों पर लड़ने का ऐलान कर चुके ओवैसी ने कहा कि मुस्लिमों के हालात बदतर हैं। हमारी पार्टी के यहां लड़ने से दूसरी पार्टियों के पेट में दर्द क्यों हो रहा है।
लखनऊ में ओवैसी ने जेल में बंद बाहुबली अतीक अहमद की पत्नी को पार्टी में शामिल कराया। उन्होंने कहा हमारी पार्टी का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय जनता पार्टी को हराना है। हिंदुओं को टिकट देने के सवाल पर ओवैसी ने कहा कि पिछड़े और दलित हमारे भाई हैं बिल्कुल टिकट देंगे।
ओवैसी ने कहा हम जनता के बीच जाएंगे और बताएंगे कि सपा और बसपा की तरफ से हमें राजनीति तौर पर अछूत बनाने की कोशिश में लगी हुई है। सपा सरकार में भी मुस्लिम-यादव समीकरण से सरकार और मुख्यमंत्री तो बनाते हैं लेकिन हिस्सेदारी नहीं रह जाती है। मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के समय भी अखिलेश ही सीएम थे।

कानपुर में बसपा प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित करने के बाद बसपा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव सतीश चंद्र मिश्रा ने कहा कि बीजेपी ने हमारे सम्मेलनों को रोकने की कोशिश की। हमारे 74 जिलों में सम्मेलन करने के बाद बीजेपी प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन करने के लिए निकल रही है। जहां बीजेपी के लोग सम्मेलन करने जाएंगे जनता उनसे सवाल पूछेगी। दरअसल बीजेपी ने विकास का काम किया ही नही है लोगों को गुमराह करने का काम किया है। सपा ने भी सम्मेलन शुरु किया था उनका सम्मेलन केवल एक दिन चला। देखना होगा बीजेपी का प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन एक दिन चलता है या फिर दो दिन। इसके साथ ही उनहोंने दावा किया कि इस बार भी बसपा की सोशल इन्जीनियरिंग काम करेगी। ब्राम्हण समाज के लोग जिस तरह से बसपा से जुड़ रहे हैं बसपा 2007 के करिश्मे को न केवल दोहराएगी बल्कि उससे ज्यादा सीटें जीतेगी।
