Blockchain for business uses a shared and immutable ledger that can only be accessed by members with permission.
Depending upon the blockchain, parties may be able to view previous ledger entries and record new entries, although most blockchain networks have complex rules for the addition of new groups of records, “blocks”, to the chain of previous records. The blocks and the contents within them are protected by powerful cryptography, which ensures that previous transactions within the network cannot be either forged or destroyed.
Several crypto projects are added to the blockchain almost daily, yet some don’t provide any utility while others offer no distinguishing features.
#Blockchaintechnology has the potential to provide a much faster and cheaper alternative to traditional cross-border payments methods. Indeed, while typical money remittance costs might be as high as 20% of the transfer amount, blockchain may allow for costs just a fraction of that, as well as guaranteed and real-time transaction processing speeds.
However, there are hurdles to be passed, including regulation of cryptocurrencies in different parts of the world and security concerns. Nonetheless, this is one of the most promising and talked about areas of blockchain technology application.

India commences groundwork for #5Gspectrum auction, to introduce services by 2022-23. 5G is expected to bring $450 billion opportunity for the country by increasing the pace of development and by creating jobs. The economy is going to further digitise by boosting the startup ecosystem, increasing governance and ease of doing business in the country.
We have witnessed India's biggest spectrum auction for 72 gigahertz of 5G airwaves worth ₹ 4.3 lakh crore where Billionaire Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio, Sunil Mittal-led Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and a unit of Gautam Adani's Adani Enterprises were in the race to bid for 5G spectrum.
When we talk about the advantages of 5G, a 5GB movie can be downloaded in 35 seconds by using 5G internet as against 40 minutes in 4G; 2 hours in 3G; and 2.8 days in 2G.
After 40 rounds over seven straight days, market leader Reliance Jio acquired 24,740MHz of 5G airwaves — which can offer mobile internet speeds 10 times faster than 4G — worth a whopping Rs 88,078 crore, contributing nearly 59% to the central kitty. It won 10 MHz of the band in the circle after a bitter fight with Airtel, paying Rs 1,646 crore and taking the price nearly 81% higher than its base rate.

It is like every day there’s a new incident of #Databreach happening in every corner of the world. There are several avenues by which this breach occurs. The #CloudData makes access simple and enables forward-thinking approaches such as remote working. Yet this accessibility may leave the cloud vulnerable to data security breaches.
There is an increase in cloud and especially multi-cloud adoption remains on the rise, 37% of respondents from India have experienced a cloud-based data breach or failed audit in the past 12 months, up from the previous year that was 33%. A survey says, multi-cloud adoption is accelerating with 72% of organizations using multiple Infrastructure as a service provider vs. 57% in 2021 and there are 46% of organizations in India that store 21%-60% of their sensitive data in the cloud.
In 2021, organisations worldwide were using an average amount of 110 SaaS applications, compared with just eight in 2015, showcasing a startlingly rapid increase. There has been a notable expansion in the use of multiple Infrastructure as a service provider, with almost three-quarters or 72% of businesses globally using multiple IaaS providers, up from 57% the year before.
Despite their increasing prevalence and use, businesses share common concerns about the increasing complexity of cloud services with 40% of IT professionals from India agreeing that it is more complex to manage privacy and data protection in the cloud.
Additionally, the journey to the cloud is also becoming more complex, with the percentage of respondents reporting that they’re expecting to lift and shift, the simplest of migration tactics, dropping from 55% in 2021 to 24% currently. It is important for organisations to constantly adapt to this rapidly changing environment and stay on top of the evolving trends of the industry.

Semiconductors, or chips, have properties that are somewhere between conductors and insulators. Usually made of silicon, they are used to power a wide range of devices - cars, laptops, smartphones, household appliances and gaming consoles. These semiconductors perform a host of functions such as powering displays and transferring data. So, a supply crunch has a consequent impact on sales of cars, fridges, laptops, TVs and other electronic devices. In India, the number of investors in cryptocurrencies has rapidly grown over the past year, and is now distorting how semiconductors are used. Global leaders and executives at multinational corporations are worried about the global shortage of semiconductors which has hit manufacturing and sales in numerous countries and no early solution is in sight. The unforeseen situation is not expected to improve anytime soon, and supply constraints could potentially continue into 2023. Though companies are on a war footing to ramp up production, the problem will likely worsen before reaching a resolution. Intel's chief executive, Pat Gelsinger, recently warned that the worst is yet to come. The surge in sales for electronic devices during the pandemic created a huge demand for semiconductors. But COVID-19 is not the only factor behind the shortage. The chip shortage has now become a talking point not just between companies and governments, but also between leaders of countries. Western countries have expressed a need to shift manufacturing within their countries and become self-reliant.
