मद्रास हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के बाद TikTok ऐप डिलीट, प्लेस्टोर से नहीं कर पाएंगे डाउनलोड

बड़ी खबर: वीडियो मेकिंग ऐप TikTok पर मद्रास हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के बाद गूगल ने इसे ब्लॉक कर दिया है. अब यूजर्स इस ऐप को प्लेस्टोर से डाउनलोड नहीं कर पाएंगे. बता दें कि कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद सरकार ने ये निर्देश दिया था कि इस ऐप को हटा दिया जाए. इससे पहले सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मद्रास हाईकोर्ट के इस फैसले पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था.

After the order of the court, the government had instructed that this app be removed. Earlier on Monday, the Supreme Court had refused to ban the Madras High Court's decision.

A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Sanjeev Khanna said that he is keeping the matter open for consideration later on and the next hearing will be on April 22. Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared in behalf of Bite Dance, a proprietary company owned by Tiktok in this case. He said that this app has been downloaded more than a billion times. Madurai Bench of the #MadrasHighCourt has ruled one-way in this case in the absence of the other party.

He said that the court did not issue any notice in this regard and issued the order without hearing his arguments. The bench said that this matter is currently under consideration of the High Court and order of ban is merely an interim order.
