The southwest monsoon has wreaked havoc as soon as it entered Himachal Pradesh. This time, compared to last year, the first rain of the monsoon has caused heavy damage in many places in Shimla. Heavy rains have brought a lot of debris on the road in Malyana, Chamiyana, Bhattakufar, Mini Kuftdhar and Shurala and other places in the city. Many vehicles parked on the roadside have been buried under the debris. Landslides have caused damage at many places. Vehicles have been damaged by the debris of the under-construction four-lane in Shurala.

चुनाव से ठीक पहले मोदी सरकार ने किसानों को सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत 6 हज़ार रुपये देने की घोषणा कर लोकसभा चुनाव 2019 का आगाज़ कर दिया है । इस योजना को जमीन पर लागू करने के लिए कौशांबी डीएम मनीष कुमार वर्मा ने लगभग तैयारी पूरी कर ली है । डीएम मनीष कुमार वर्मा ने बताया कि सरकार की फरवरी के महीने में प्रथम किश्त 2 हजार रुपये किसानों के बैंक खाते में भेजने की योजना है । बाकी के दो किश्त इसी वितीय वर्ष में भेजी जाएगी ।उन्होंने बताया कि अभी तक कृषि पोर्टल से सवा दो लाख किसानों को चिह्नित किया गया है । अभी और भी किसान है जो पोर्टल पर नही है । उनके लिए टीमें लगा दी गयी है । दो सदस्यी टीम गांव-गांव जा कर खुली बैठक कर के सात दिन के अंदर सभी पात्र किसानों को चिन्हित करके उनका सत्यापन करेगी । जिस भी किसान के पास दो हेक्टेयर ज़मीन होगी वो इस योजना के लिए पात्र होंगे । किसानों का शोषण न हो मीडिया के इस सवाल पर डीएम ने कहा कि इसमे कर्मचारी किसानों का शोषण न कर सके इसके लिए भी मास्टर प्लान तैयार है । अगर कोई कर्मचारी भ्र्ष्टाचार में लिप्त पाया गया तो उस पर तुरंत करवाई होगी । इस योजना को जानकार बताते है कि इस सम्मान निधि योजना का सीधा फायदा बीजेपी को 2019 के चुनाव में मिलेगा ।

बुन्देलखण्ड के किसानों की इस समय की सबसे बड़ी समस्या अन्ना जानवरों से छुटकारा दिलाने के लिए बाँदा प्रशासन ने निकाला है अनोखा तरीका जी हां प्रशासन ने पहले गाँव-गाँव खुली बैठक कर ग्रामीणों को खुद एक -एक अन्ना जानवरों अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया और जिसके बाद कई गाँवो में लोगों ने अन्ना जानवरों को बांध लिया जिसके बाद जिलाधिकारी ने ऐसे किसानों को आज फूल और प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर न सिर्फ सम्मानित किया बल्कि अब लेखपाल, ग्राम सचिव व प्रधान भी जिला प्रशासन की पहल के बाद अन्ना जानवरों को अपनाने वाले किसानों के घर घर जाकर उन्हें माला पहना कर व उन्हें फूल देकर उन्हें सम्मानित कर रहे हैं । प्रशासन की यह पहल जनपद में काफी सफल साबित हो रही है काफी संख्या में किसान अब अन्ना जानवरों को अपना रहे हैं । जनपद के कुल्लू खेड़ा और भदावल गाँव पूरी तरीके से अन्ना मुक्त हो चुके हैं और अब इन्हें अन्ना जानवरों से अपने खेतों में खड़ी फसल की रखवाली नही करनी पड़ती है ।

यूपी के रामपुर में जिलाधिकारी के आदेश पर रामपुर की नगर पंचायत मसवासी क्षेत्र में गेंहू की हरी भरी फसल पर जेसीबी चलवा कर सारी फसल को नष्ट कर दिया गया, नगर पंचायत की समीन पर किसान ने किया था अवैध कब्ज़ा।
मामला स्वार क्षेत्र के नगर पंचायत मसवासी का है जिसमें नगर के मोहल्ला भुबरा में मांगलिक नाम के किसान ने 1420 वर्ग मीटर ग्राम समाज की जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा कर गेंहू की फसल लगा कर खेती कर रहा था इसी मामले को लेकर मोहल्ले वासियो ने किसान का विरोध किया और इस कि शिकायत जिलाधिकारी महेंद्र बहादुर सिंह से की जिलाधिकारी के आदेश पर ज़मीन को खाली करा कर तालाब खोदने के आदेश दिए है जिसमे राजस्व और नगर पंचायत की टीम ने पुलिस बल के साथ मोके पर जाकर ज़मीन से कब्जा हटा कर वहाँ पर नपाई कर हद बंदी करके जे सी वी से तालाब का खुदान सुरु करा दिया है।
