सोमवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के अध्यक्षता में GST काउंसिल की अहम बैठक का आयोजन किया गया.. इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से दो मुद्दों पर चर्चा होनी थीं…. हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस पर जीएसटी की दरें कम करने, और 2000 रुपये से कम के ऑनलाइन (डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड से) ट्रांजेक्शन पर 18% जीएसटी लगाने का मामला था…. फिलहाल इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम सस्ता होने नहीं जा रहा है, क्योंकि इस मसले पर अंतिम फैसला अगली बैठक तक के लिए टाल दिया गया है…

बिहार के बक्सर जिले के जिलाधिकारी मुकेश पांडे के सुसाइड करने के बाद उनका पोस्टमार्टम गाजियाबाद स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस पर किया गया ।इस दौरान मुकेश पांडे के परिजनों के अलावा उनकीपत्नी व परिवार के और लोग भी पोस्टमार्टम हाउस पर ही मोजूद रहे ।हालांकि पूरे समय जब तक पोस्टमार्टम चला उनकी पत्नी आयुषी गाड़ी में रही और मीडिया से बचती भी दिखाई दी उसके अलावा न तो मुकेश पांडे के परिजनों व और ना ही उनकी पत्नी के परिजन भी मीडिया से बचते ही रहे ।
पोस्टमार्टम के दौरान गाजियाबाद की जिलाधिकारी मिनिष्ति एस
ए डी एम सिटी प्रीति जायसवाल सी एम ओ नरेंद्र गुप्ता के अलावा काफी संख्या में प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मौजूद रहे ।पोस्टमार्टम हाउस पर सुबह से ही दोनों के परिजन व मीडिया का जमावड़ा लगा रहा लेकिन पोस्ट मार्टम करीब 2 घण्टे चला ।
मीडिया से वार्ता के दौरान जिलाधिकारी मिनिष्ति एस ने बताया कि आई ए एस मुकेश पांडे का पोस्टमार्टम दो डॉक्टरों की टीम के द्वारा किया गया जिसमें डॉक्टर आर पी सिंह और डॉक्टर एन के गुप्ता व खुद सी एम ओ नरेंद्र गुप्ता शामिल रहे और पोस्टमार्टम की वीडियो ग्राफी कराई गई है आज इनके पार्थिव शरीर को दिल्ली के लिए रवाना किया जाएगा उसके बाद एयर एम्बुलेंस के जरिये गुहाटी के लिए रवाना किया जाएगा क्योंकि इनके परिजन गुहाटी में ही इनके परिजन रहते हैं।
