जीटीबी मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास लोग तमाशबीन बने रहे और 31 साल के रवींद्र उर्फ टिल्लू की जान चली गई । पेशाब करने से रोकने का विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि उसकी पत्थरों से पीट-पीट कर हत्या कर दी गई। वारदात किंग्सवे कैंप चौक पर हुई । वहां भारी ट्रैफिक के अलावा सड़क के पार पीसीआर भी खड़ी थी और ट्रैफिक पुलिस का बड़ा बूथ भी वहीं है। मगर, रवींद्र की जान नहीं बचाई जा सकी। रवींद्र के परिजन उन्हें बाबू जगजीवनराम हॉस्पिटल ले गए जहाँ डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया ... मामले की जानकारी केन्द्रीय मंत्री वैक्य्या नायडू को हुई तो उन्होने भी इस पर खेद जताया .. और कहा की रविन्द्र स्वच्छता अभियान को आगे बढ़ा रहा था .. उसके साथ जो हुआ वो निंदनीय है ... वैंकय्या नायडू रविन्द्र के घर वालों से भी मिले और उन्हें सहायता के रूप में अपनी निजी वेतन से 50 हजार रूपए दिए साथ ही आगे भी परिवार की मदद की बात कही .... और दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करने को कहा ...

आरोपी लड़के एक ई-रिक्शा में बैठकर डीयू की तरफ चले गए । परिजन का कहना है कि देश के प्रधान मंत्री स्वच्छता पर जोर देते है मगर जब लोग इसका खुलेयाम उलंघन कर किसी की हत्या तक कर रहे तो उसे कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए ... इस पर दिल्ली पुलिस भी गंभीरता से कार्यवाही करने की बात कह रही है ... एक दूकान में लगे सीसीटीवी में आरोपी साफ़ नज़र आ रहे है और पुलिस उन्हें जल्द पकड़ने का दावा कर रही है ....
