हरियाणा में सरकारी नौकरियों में सामाजिक-आर्थिक आधार पर पिछड़े वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को 5 बोनस अंक दिए जाने के फैसले पर SC ने भी रोक लगा दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसे असंवैधानिक करार दिया है। इस मामले में हरियाणा सरकार फंसती हुई नजर आ रही है। ऐसे में साल 2023 में निकाली गई ग्रुप सी और और डी में नियुक्ति पा चुके 23 हजार युवाओं की नौकरी पर तलवार लटक गई है। अब उन्हें दोबारा एग्जाम देना पड़ेगा। अगर वे पास नहीं हो पाए तो नौकरी से बर्खास्त हो जाएंगे।
