ലോകത്ത് ഏറ്റവും പ്രചാരമുള്ള 100 പത്രങ്ങളിൽ 75 ഉം ഏഷ്യയിലാണ്.
പ്രതിദിനം 10.7 കോടി പത്രങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന ചൈനയാണ് ഒന്നാമത്തെ പത്രവിപണി. ഇന്ത്യയും (9.9 കോടി) ജപ്പാനും (6.8 കോടി) യുഎസും (5.1 കോടി) തൊട്ടടുത്ത സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ.

मुंबई आगरा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर स्थित गणपति घाट मौत के घाट के नाम से हो रहा विख्यात । इस घाट पर आए दिन हो रही है बड़े दुर्घटना । अब तक यहां 400 से भी अधिक लोगों की दुर्घटना में हो चुकी है मोते और सैकड़ों लोग घायल हो चुके हैं इसके उपरांत थी इस घाट को यातायात के लिए सुगम बनाने के अबतक कोई प्रयास नहीं हुए हैं ।
बीति रात करीब 1 बजे घाट उतर रहे ट्राले के ब्रेक फैल होने पर अनियंत्रित होकर आगे चल रही कार को टक्कर मारी । दोनों बहनों की टक्कर के बाद पीछे से एक घन ये वाहन भी उसमें जा घुसा जिससे तीनों वाहनों में आग लग गई रात को ही तत्काल पुलिस व फायर ब्रिगेड ने मौके पहुंचकर आज पर काबू पाया घटना में तीन लोग घायल हो गए ।
रात्रि को जिन 3 वाहनों में दुर्घटना के दौरान जो आग लगी थीं उसे बूझा दिया था लेकिन सुबह 6 बजे फिर तीनों वाहनों में दुबारा आग ने विकराल रूप ले लिया इस दौरान मार्ग पर वाहनों की लंबी कतार लग गई ।
आपको बता दें कि इस घाट पर बढ़ती दुर्घटना पर अंकुश लगाने के कोई सार्थक प्रयास अब तक नहीं हुए हैं । ऐसे में सवाल खड़ा होता है कि आखिर कब तक इस घाट से गुजरने वाले यात्रियों को मौत का सामना करना पड़ेगा ।

रात्रि को जिन 3 वाहनों में दुर्घटना के दौरान जो आग लगी थीं उसे बूझा दिया था लेकिन सुबह 6 बजे फिर तीनों वाहनों में दुबारा आग ने विकराल रूप ले लिया इस दौरान मार्ग पर वाहनों की लंबी कतार लग गई ।
आपको बता दें कि इस घाट पर बढ़ती दुर्घटना पर अंकुश लगाने के कोई सार्थक प्रयास अब तक नहीं हुए हैं । ऐसे में सवाल खड़ा होता है कि आखिर कब तक इस घाट से गुजरने वाले यात्रियों को मौत का सामना करना पड़ेगा ।
