    ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡിനൊരു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുണ്ട് പേര് ജസിന്ത കേറ്റ് ലോറല്‍ ആഡേണ്‍. ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ മുഴുവന്‍ ഹൃദയത്തില്‍ ഇടം നേടിയവള്‍.
    ജാതി- മത ഭേതമില്ലാതെ സ്വന്തം രാജ്യത്തെ പൗരന്മാര്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി സാധാരണക്കാര്‍ക്കൊപ്പം നിന്ന് അവരിലൊരാളായി കണ്ണീരൊഴുക്കിയ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി. ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡിലെ മുസ്ലിം പള്ളിയില്‍ വെടിവെയ്പ്പുണ്ടായപ്പോള്‍ ക്രിസ്ത്യന്‍ കുടുംബത്തില്‍ ജനിച്ച് അവര്‍ തന്റെ രാജ്യത്ത് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട മുസ്ലീം പൗരന്മാര്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഹിജാബ് ധരിച്ചെത്തി. അതുകണ്ട് ലോകം പറഞ്ഞു - ഇത് കണ്ടുപഠിക്കണം.
    ന്യൂസിലാന്‍ഡ് പള്ളിയില്‍ നടന്ന വെടിവെയ്പ്പില്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ഓരോ പൗരന്റെയും ബന്ധുക്കളെ ആശ്വാസിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ജസിന്തയെത്തി.
    അവരേ ചേര്‍ത്തു പിടിച്ചു, ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു. ഒപ്പം ഉണ്ടെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സംസ്‌കാര ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ക്കുള്ള പണം അവര്‍ നല്‍കി. വെടിവെയ്പ്പില്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ബന്ധുക്കളെ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കാന്‍ എത്തിയ ജസിന്ത ഹിജാബ് ധരിച്ചത് ഏറെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. വെടിവെയ്പ്പിന് ശേഷം ദു:ഖം പങ്കുവച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ജസിന്ത പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകള്‍ ലോകം മുഴുവനുള്ള മനുഷ്യ സ്‌നേഹികളുടെ ഹൃദയം തൊട്ടു.
    'ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡ് നേരിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതില്‍ വച്ച് ഏറ്റവും ഇരുണ്ട കാലഘട്ടമാണ് ഇത് എന്ന അവർ പറയുകയായിരുന്നു.
    എ്രതപേര്‍ മരിച്ചു എത്രപേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കുപറ്റി എന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാനല്ല ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ആക്രമണത്തിന്റെ ഇരകള്‍ ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡില്‍ താമസമാക്കിയ മറ്റുരാജ്യക്കാരാണ്. ഈ രാജ്യത്ത് താമസിക്കാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച് എത്തിയ അവരുടേതു കൂടിയാണ് ഈ രാജ്യം. എന്നെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് വെടിവെയ്പ്പ് നടത്തിയ ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡുകാരല്ല ഇവിടെ വെടിയേറ്റു വീണ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികളാണ് ഈ നാടിന്റെ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ മക്കള്‍, അവരാണ് നമ്മള്‍, ജസിന്ത വേദനയോടെ പറഞ്ഞു. "തീവ്രവാദ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും ക്രൂരകൃത്യങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നവരെ നമ്മില്‍ പെട്ടവരായി കണക്കാക്കാനാകില്ല. ഇന്ന് പള്ളിയില്‍ നടന്നത് അതുപോലൊരു പൊറുക്കാനാകാത്ത തെറ്റാണ്."
    അത്യധികം വൈകാരികമായാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഇത് പറഞ്ഞത്.
    ഞെട്ടലും അമ്ബരപ്പും വിട്ടുമാറാതെ ഇപ്പോഴും ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചര്‍ച്ചില്‍ രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തനം നടത്തുന്നവരെയാണ് താന്‍ ഈ നിമിഷത്തില്‍ ഓര്‍ത്തുപോകുന്നതെന്നാണ് ഇവര്‍

    ന്യൂസിലാന്‍ഡ് പള്ളിയില്‍ നടന്ന വെടിവെയ്പ്പില്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ഓരോ പൗരന്റെയും ബന്ധുക്കളെ ആശ്വാസിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ജസിന്തയെത്തി.
    അവരേ ചേര്‍ത്തു പിടിച്ചു, ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു. ഒപ്പം ഉണ്ടെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സംസ്‌കാര ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ക്കുള്ള പണം അവര്‍ നല്‍കി. വെടിവെയ്പ്പില്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ബന്ധുക്കളെ സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കാന്‍ എത്തിയ ജസിന്ത ഹിജാബ് ധരിച്ചത് ഏറെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. വെടിവെയ്പ്പിന് ശേഷം ദു:ഖം പങ്കുവച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ജസിന്ത പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകള്‍ ലോകം മുഴുവനുള്ള മനുഷ്യ സ്‌നേഹികളുടെ ഹൃദയം തൊട്ടു.
    'ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡ് നേരിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതില്‍ വച്ച് ഏറ്റവും ഇരുണ്ട കാലഘട്ടമാണ് ഇത് എന്ന അവർ പറയുകയായിരുന്നു.
    എ്രതപേര്‍ മരിച്ചു എത്രപേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കുപറ്റി എന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാനല്ല ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ആക്രമണത്തിന്റെ ഇരകള്‍ ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡില്‍ താമസമാക്കിയ മറ്റുരാജ്യക്കാരാണ്. ഈ രാജ്യത്ത് താമസിക്കാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച് എത്തിയ അവരുടേതു കൂടിയാണ് ഈ രാജ്യം. എന്നെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് വെടിവെയ്പ്പ് നടത്തിയ ന്യൂസിലന്‍ഡുകാരല്ല ഇവിടെ വെടിയേറ്റു വീണ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികളാണ് ഈ നാടിന്റെ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ മക്കള്‍, അവരാണ് നമ്മള്‍, ജസിന്ത വേദനയോടെ പറഞ്ഞു. "തീവ്രവാദ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും ക്രൂരകൃത്യങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നവരെ നമ്മില്‍ പെട്ടവരായി കണക്കാക്കാനാകില്ല. ഇന്ന് പള്ളിയില്‍ നടന്നത് അതുപോലൊരു പൊറുക്കാനാകാത്ത തെറ്റാണ്."
    അത്യധികം വൈകാരികമായാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഇത് പറഞ്ഞത്.
    ഞെട്ടലും അമ്ബരപ്പും വിട്ടുമാറാതെ ഇപ്പോഴും ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചര്‍ച്ചില്‍ രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തനം നടത്തുന്നവരെയാണ് താന്‍ ഈ നിമിഷത്തില്‍ ഓര്‍ത്തുപോകുന്നതെന്നാണ് ഇവര്‍
