शिमला। हिमाचल सरकार ने लोकतंत्र प्रहरी योजना बंद कर दी है। इसे लेकर सदन में बुधवार को जोरदार हंगामा और सत्तापक्ष व विपक्ष में तीखी नोकझोंक हुई। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने कहा कि सरकारी धन का दुरुपयोग करते हुए RSS और पॉलिटिकल लोगों को लाभ देने के लिए यह योजना शुरू की गई थी। हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने कहा कि इस योजना को बंद करने का सवाल इमरजेंसी को हाइलाइट करने के लिए किया गया, क्योंकि उस दौरान MISA (Maintenance of Internal Security Act) के तहत RSS और पॉलिटिकल लोग जेल गए थे। नेता प्रतिपक्ष जयराम ठाकुर ने इस योजना को बंद करने पर आपत्ति जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि यह योजना 25 जून 1975 में इमरजेंसी के दौरान लोकतंत्र के लिए लड़ रहे उन लोगों के परिवार को सम्मान राशि देने के लिए शुरू की गई थी, जो जेल में गए थे।सीएम सुखविंदर सुक्खू ने कहा कि जब यह बिल आएगा तब वह जवाब देंगे।

Some new Guardians of the Galaxy casting information is confusing fans, and hopefully we can clear it up for you.Deadline reported just today that John C. Reilly was cast in the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie as Ronan "The Accuser" Day. But, just a couple of weeks ago, we heard from HitFix that John C Reilly was in talks to join the cast as Rhomann Dey. The internet got a little crazy about this because it didn't quite sound right, so as always, we want to give you the absolute latest update on this. Deadline retracted their earlier statement, and re-issued a new update saying that John C. Reilly will in fact play Rhomann Dey, the leader of the Nova Corps. They said they got it backwards, and we kinda see how that could happen.But unlike The Accuser who is a big time baddie, Rohmann Dey will reportedly be a human and a member of SHIELD, and in this movie he will reportedly be to the to the Guardians what Agent Coulson was to The Avengers. The production on Guardians of the Galaxy has just kicked off in the UK, and we're getting the latest on who is playing who in the new movie. A "solid" source close to production is confirming to Den of Geek that some of the casting we had speculated about in the past was dead on. First up, they're reporting that Benicio Del Toro is in fact playing one of the oldest sentient beings in the Marvel Universe, The Collector. The Collector got his name from his obsession with collecting special artifacts that he thinks will help him re-seed the universe if it should ever be annihilated. This source is also confirming that Lee Pace will definitely be playing Ronan The Accuser.
