कानपुर की लापरवाह अफसरशाही ने एक बार फिर एक मासूम को मौत की नींद सुला दिया। दरअसल नगर निगम और केडीए की लापरवाही से खुले मैनहोल में डूबकर 3 साल के मासूम बच्चे की मौत का मामला सामने आया है.सूबे में सख्त योगी सरकार होने के बावजूद कानपुर में लापरवाह अफसरशाही सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रही है।
