ଆଜି ବିଶ୍ୱ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ । ଏହି ପବିତ୍ର ଦିବସରେ ସି ପି ଆଇ (ଏମ.ଏଲ) ଲିଵରେସନ ଓ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚା ତରଫରୁ ଗୁଣପୁର ନୂତନ ବସଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ଠାରେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାରମ୍ପାରିକ ନାଚ , ଗିତ , ଧନୁ , ତୀର ଧରି ଶତାଧିକ ମହିଳା ଓ ପୁରୁଷ ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରାରେ ବାହାରି ଗୁଣପୁର ଉପଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଓ ତହସିଲ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ସଭାର ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ସଭା ପରେ ୧୬ ଦଫା ଦାବି ସମ୍ବଳିତ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକପତ୍ର ମହାମହିମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ଦେଶ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ ଵର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି କରି ୭୬ ବର୍ଷରେ ପାଦ ଥାପିଲାଣି , ତଥାପି ଆଦିବାସୀ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟର ସମସ୍ୟା ସୁଧୁରିବାର ନାଁ ନେଉନି । ବିଶେଷ କରି ଜମି , ଜଳ , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ , ଶିକ୍ଷା , ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା , ଜୀବନ ଜୀବିକା , ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ତଥା ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛତା ବାହାନାରେ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସମ୍ବଳ ଗୁଡିକୁ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଛଡାଇ ନେଇ କର୍ପୋରେଟର ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଟେକି ଦିଆଯାଉଛି । ଯାହାଫଳରେ ନିଜର ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ପରମ୍ପରାକୁ ଵଞ୍ଚାଇ ରଖିବାକୁ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଆଦିମ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନେ ଵୋଲି ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କମିଟି ସଭ୍ୟ ତ୍ରୀପତି ଗମାଙ୍ଗ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କେତେକ ଦାବି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି , ସେଗୁଡିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୯ ତାରିଖକୁ ଵିଶ୍ଵ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ ରୂପେ ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା , ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଧର୍ମକୁ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦେବା , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଅଧିକାର ଆଇନ ୨୦୦୬ ବାତିଲ କରିବା , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ନିୟମାଵଳୀ ୨୦୨୦ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିବା , କଲେରା ମହାମାରୀରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବରଣ କରିଥିବା ପରିବାରଙ୍କୁ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେଵା , ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନାରେ ଚାଉଳ ସହ ଡାଲି , ଚିନି , ମାଣ୍ଡିଆ ଭଳି ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀକୁ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି । ଏହି ଵିଶ୍ଵ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ତ୍ରୀପତି ଗମାଙ୍ଗ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନାସିମ ଶଵର , ରାଇନା ଶଵର , ବୃନ୍ଦାବନ ବିଡିକା , ସମ୍ବରା ଶଵର , ଗଣେଶ ଶଵର , ସୁମନ ଶଵର , ପଇତ ଶଵର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ତେବେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚାର ଦାବି ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସରକାର କେତେଦୂର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଦେଖିବାକୁ ବାକି ରହିଲା ।

ଆଜି ବିଶ୍ୱ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ । ଏହି ପବିତ୍ର ଦିବସରେ ସି ପି ଆଇ (ଏମ.ଏଲ) ଲିଵରେସନ ଓ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚା ତରଫରୁ ଗୁଣପୁର ନୂତନ ବସଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ଠାରେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାରମ୍ପାରିକ ନାଚ , ଗିତ , ଧନୁ , ତୀର ଧରି ଶତାଧିକ ମହିଳା ଓ ପୁରୁଷ ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରାରେ ବାହାରି ଗୁଣପୁର ଉପଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଓ ତହସିଲ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ସଭାର ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ସଭା ପରେ ୧୬ ଦଫା ଦାବି ସମ୍ବଳିତ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକପତ୍ର ମହାମହିମ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ଦେଶ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତାର ୭୫ ଵର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି କରି ୭୬ ବର୍ଷରେ ପାଦ ଥାପିଲାଣି , ତଥାପି ଆଦିବାସୀ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟର ସମସ୍ୟା ସୁଧୁରିବାର ନାଁ ନେଉନି । ବିଶେଷ କରି ଜମି , ଜଳ , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ , ଶିକ୍ଷା , ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା , ଜୀବନ ଜୀବିକା , ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ତଥା ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛତା ବାହାନାରେ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସମ୍ବଳ ଗୁଡିକୁ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଛଡାଇ ନେଇ କର୍ପୋରେଟର ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଟେକି ଦିଆଯାଉଛି । ଯାହାଫଳରେ ନିଜର ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ପରମ୍ପରାକୁ ଵଞ୍ଚାଇ ରଖିବାକୁ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଆଦିମ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନେ ଵୋଲି ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କମିଟି ସଭ୍ୟ ତ୍ରୀପତି ଗମାଙ୍ଗ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କେତେକ ଦାବି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି , ସେଗୁଡିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୯ ତାରିଖକୁ ଵିଶ୍ଵ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ ରୂପେ ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା , ଆଦିବାସୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଧର୍ମକୁ ମାନ୍ୟତା ଦେବା , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଅଧିକାର ଆଇନ ୨୦୦୬ ବାତିଲ କରିବା , ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ନିୟମାଵଳୀ ୨୦୨୦ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରିବା , କଲେରା ମହାମାରୀରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବରଣ କରିଥିବା ପରିବାରଙ୍କୁ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା କ୍ଷତିପୂରଣ ଦେଵା , ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନାରେ ଚାଉଳ ସହ ଡାଲି , ଚିନି , ମାଣ୍ଡିଆ ଭଳି ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀକୁ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି । ଏହି ଵିଶ୍ଵ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଦିବସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ତ୍ରୀପତି ଗମାଙ୍ଗ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନାସିମ ଶଵର , ରାଇନା ଶଵର , ବୃନ୍ଦାବନ ବିଡିକା , ସମ୍ବରା ଶଵର , ଗଣେଶ ଶଵର , ସୁମନ ଶଵର , ପଇତ ଶଵର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ତେବେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସଂଘର୍ଷ ମୋର୍ଚାର ଦାବି ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସରକାର କେତେଦୂର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଦେଖିବାକୁ ବାକି ରହିଲା ।
