Incessant rains in Solan, traffic has been made one way from Parwanoo to Dharampur due to debris and stones falling from the hill. At the same time, the World Heritage Kalka-Shimla railway route was also not left untouched by the rains. A huge tree fell on the railway track at 2.30 pm near Anji village from Barog station of Solan towards Solan. Due to which the wheels of all the incoming trains have also stopped.
सोलन में लगतार बारिश से राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग 5 पर फोरलेन निर्माण कार्य के चलते परवाणू से धर्मपुर तक पहाड़ी से मलवा व पत्थर गिरने से यातायात को वन वे किया गया है। वहीं, विश्व धरोहर कालका-शिमला रेलवे मार्ग भी बारिश की मार से अधूता नही रहा। सोलन के बड़ोग स्टेशन से सोलन की तरफ आंजी गांव के समीप दोपहर ढाई बजे एक भारी भरकम पेड़ रेल मार्ग पर गिर गया। जिसके कारण आने जाने वाली सभी रेलगाड़ी के पहिए भी थम गए है। कालका से शिमला जा रही रेल को भी रोकना पड़ा। जिसके कारण यात्रियों को भी भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अभी तक भी रेलवे विभाग के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी पेड़ को हटाने में जुटे हुए है और अधिकारियों का कहना है कि रेलमार्ग को खुलने के लिए कर्मचारियों द्वारा युद्धस्तर पर कार्य किया जा रहा है।
