రాష్ట్రంలో అంగన్వాడీ, మున్సిపల్‌, సమగ్రశిక్షా ఉద్యోగులు, కార్మికులు పెద్దఎత్తున సమ్మె చేసారు. ఈ సమ్మెను విచ్ఛిన్నం చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం శతవిధాలా ప్రయత్నించి చివరికి ఉద్యోగాలు తొలగించడానికి పూనుకున్నా ఈ మూడు రంగాల కార్మికులు ఐక్యంగా పోరాడి విజయం సాధించారని సిఐటియు రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సిహెచ నరసింగారావు తెలిపారు.
జగదాంబ వద్ద గల సిఐటియు ఆఫీస్‌లో సిఐటియు విశాఖ జిల్లా కమిటీ ప్రెస్‌ మీట్‌ నిర్వహించింది. ఈ ప్రెస్‌మీట్‌లో నరసింగరావు పాల్గొని మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఒకలక్ష ఎనిమిదివేల మంది అంగన్వాడీ ఉద్యోగులు 43రోజులు పాటు ఐక్యంగా ఉద్యమించారన్నారు. వీరి పోరాటాన్ని ప్రారంభం నుండి అణిచివేయడానికి రాష్ట్ర వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నాలు చేసిందన్నారు. ప్రారంభంలో సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది ద్వారా అంగన్వాడీ సెంటర్లను తెరిపించడానికి చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలు ఫలించకపోవడంతో అంగన్వాడీలు ఉద్యోగాల్లో చేరకపోతే ఎస్మా చట్టాన్ని ప్రయోగిస్తామని చట్టాన్ని తెచ్చింది. పోరాటం మరింత ఉధృతం కావడంతో వారి ఉద్యోగాలు తొలగిస్తామని బెదిరించడం, నోటీసులు జారీచేయడం చేసింది. చలో విజయవాడకు రాకుండా అడ్డుకుంది. అయినా ప్రభుత్వం అంగన్వాడీల పోరాటానికి దిగి రాకతప్పలేదన్నారు. ఈ పోరాటంలో అంగన్వాడీలకు జీతాలను జూలై నుండి అమలు జరుపుతామని హామీ ఇచ్చింది. మినీ సెంటర్లును మెయిన్‌ సెంటర్లగా మార్చడంతో పాటు అనేక డిమాండ్లను సాధించుకున్నారు.
మున్సిపల్‌ సమ్మె 16రోజులు పాటు జరిగింది. రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 46వేల మంది పాల్గొన్నారు. వీరికిచ్చే హెల్త్‌ అలవెన్సు రెగ్యులర్‌ జీతంలో కలిపి ఇస్తామని, పండగ బోనస్‌తో పాటు ఇతర హక్కులను సాధించుకున్నారు. సమగ్రశిక్ష ఉద్యోగులు 30వేల మంది పోరాడి తమ హక్కులను సాధించుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం సమ్మెలో ఉన్న వారిని తొలగిస్తామని చెప్పడమే కాకుండా వారితో చర్చించమని మొండికేసినప్పటికీ ఉద్యమాలు, పోరాటాలు ఫలితంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు, కార్మిక, ప్రజాసంఘాలు మద్దతు పెరగడంతో ప్రభుత్వం దిగరాకతప్పలేదన్నారు. పోరాటాల ద్వారానే హక్కులు సాధించుకోగలమని చాటి చెప్పారన్నారు.

सदर प्रसंगी मानकन्हैय्या ट्रस्टच्या सचीव डॉ. सुधा कांकरिया यांनी कमलाताई आपटे यांचा शाल, श्रीफळ, मोत्याची माळ, पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन सन्मान केला. डॉ. सुधा कांकरिया म्हणाल्या की आदरणीय कमलाताई आपटे या स्वातंत्र्यसैनिका आहेत. ऋषीतुल्य व्यक्तीमत्व आहेत. आज आवर्जुन आम्हाला आमच्या मातोश्री स्व. मानकुंवरबाई कांकरिया यांची आठवण येते. मानकुंवरबाई कांकरिया आणि कमलाताई आपटे या मैत्रिणी. दोन्हीनीही सोबतच स्वातंत्र्यलढयात उडी घेतली. दोघींचेही शिक्षण सोबतचे झाले. मा. विनोबाजी भावे व महात्मा गांधी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली मार्गदर्शनाखाली त्यांनी स्वातंत्र्यलढयात झोकुन देऊन कार्य केले. देशाच्या स्वातंत्र्यलढयात दोघींनीही सोबतच कारावास भोगला. आज आपला देश स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृत महोत्सव साजरा करीत आहे. आम्ही स्वातंत्र्यलढयात सहभागी झालेल्या सर्व शूरवीरांना, स्वातंत्र्यसैनिकांना, शहिद विरांना हृदयापासून वंन्दन करतो.
आज स्वातंत्र्यसैनिका कमलाताई आपटे यांच्या हस्ते ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियानाचा शुभारंभ होत आहे ही गौरवाची बाब आहे. स्वातंत्र्यसैनिका कमलाताई आपटे यांच्या शुभहस्ते ध्वज फडकावून ’हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियानाचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. यावेळेस कमलाताई आपटे म्हणाल्या की भारताच्या स्वातंत्र्यलढयात झोकुन देऊन कार्य केले, त्यावेळेस कारावासही भोगला जेव्हा देशाच्या स्वातंत्र्याचा तिरंगा फडकला तेंव्हा आनंदाने ऊर भरून आला. त्या काळच्या आठवणी आज मनात दाटून येत आहेत. आज आपण भारताच्या स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृतमहोत्सव साजरा करीत आहोत. त्या निमित्ताने देश प्रेमाची देशभक्तीची ही ज्योत प्रत्येकाच्या हृदयात प्रज्वलीत व्हावी आणि आपला भारत देश महासत्ता व्हावा बस्स हेच स्वप्न आता उराशी बाळगुण आहे. शेवटी डॉ.

రాష్ట్రంలో అంగన్వాడీ, మున్సిపల్‌, సమగ్రశిక్షా ఉద్యోగులు, కార్మికులు పెద్దఎత్తున సమ్మె చేసారు. ఈ సమ్మెను విచ్ఛిన్నం చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం శతవిధాలా ప్రయత్నించి చివరికి ఉద్యోగాలు తొలగించడానికి పూనుకున్నా ఈ మూడు రంగాల కార్మికులు ఐక్యంగా పోరాడి విజయం సాధించారని సిఐటియు రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సిహెచ నరసింగారావు తెలిపారు.
జగదాంబ వద్ద గల సిఐటియు ఆఫీస్‌లో సిఐటియు విశాఖ జిల్లా కమిటీ ప్రెస్‌ మీట్‌ నిర్వహించింది. ఈ ప్రెస్‌మీట్‌లో నరసింగరావు పాల్గొని మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఒకలక్ష ఎనిమిదివేల మంది అంగన్వాడీ ఉద్యోగులు 43రోజులు పాటు ఐక్యంగా ఉద్యమించారన్నారు. వీరి పోరాటాన్ని ప్రారంభం నుండి అణిచివేయడానికి రాష్ట్ర వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నాలు చేసిందన్నారు. ప్రారంభంలో సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది ద్వారా అంగన్వాడీ సెంటర్లను తెరిపించడానికి చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలు ఫలించకపోవడంతో అంగన్వాడీలు ఉద్యోగాల్లో చేరకపోతే ఎస్మా చట్టాన్ని ప్రయోగిస్తామని చట్టాన్ని తెచ్చింది. పోరాటం మరింత ఉధృతం కావడంతో వారి ఉద్యోగాలు తొలగిస్తామని బెదిరించడం, నోటీసులు జారీచేయడం చేసింది. చలో విజయవాడకు రాకుండా అడ్డుకుంది. అయినా ప్రభుత్వం అంగన్వాడీల పోరాటానికి దిగి రాకతప్పలేదన్నారు. ఈ పోరాటంలో అంగన్వాడీలకు జీతాలను జూలై నుండి అమలు జరుపుతామని హామీ ఇచ్చింది. మినీ సెంటర్లును మెయిన్‌ సెంటర్లగా మార్చడంతో పాటు అనేక డిమాండ్లను సాధించుకున్నారు.
మున్సిపల్‌ సమ్మె 16రోజులు పాటు జరిగింది. రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 46వేల మంది పాల్గొన్నారు. వీరికిచ్చే హెల్త్‌ అలవెన్సు రెగ్యులర్‌ జీతంలో కలిపి ఇస్తామని, పండగ బోనస్‌తో పాటు ఇతర హక్కులను సాధించుకున్నారు. సమగ్రశిక్ష ఉద్యోగులు 30వేల మంది పోరాడి తమ హక్కులను సాధించుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం సమ్మెలో ఉన్న వారిని తొలగిస్తామని చెప్పడమే కాకుండా వారితో చర్చించమని మొండికేసినప్పటికీ ఉద్యమాలు, పోరాటాలు ఫలితంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు, కార్మిక, ప్రజాసంఘాలు మద్దతు పెరగడంతో ప్రభుత్వం దిగరాకతప్పలేదన్నారు. పోరాటాల ద్వారానే హక్కులు సాధించుకోగలమని చాటి చెప్పారన్నారు.
