As a part of the drive against corruption, GAIL spreads the message and encourages people to be conscious and contact the Central Vigilance Committee (CVC), an independent apex body, in case they face any form of corruption or undue demands from any of the Central Government offices or related organizations. Every government organization has a CVO who leads the internal vigilance team to ensure corrective measures and action against corruption.
Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD, GAIL (India) Limited, reiterates our commitment to the people of India as a responsible organization, promoting a corporate culture of ethics, transparency, fairness, probity, and innovation.
At GAIL, we encourage good management practices and have made use of technology to digitize processes like tender registrations, billing, etc, to ensure a transparent system for all internal and external stakeholders.
Shri Sandeep Sarkar, CVO, GAIL, highlights that Central Vigilance is not about punitive actions only preventive vigilance is also an important aspect which helps in identifying gaps in the system and ensuring effective implementation.
To create awareness and encourage more and more people to join the movement to remove corruption from the roots of our system, Vigilance Awareness Week is celebrated from 31st October to 6th November. Together we can progress as an ethical nation and make our country rise to the League of developed nations by 2047.

This trunk pipeline investment is likely to trigger cascading investments and development of infrastructure in City Gas Distribution, LNG terminal, fertilizer plant revival etc. In order to ensure steady supply of natural gas in the country, GAIL has tied up with both domestic and international sources. Through long term contracts, GAIL has created geographical and indexation diversification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplies.

It also has plans to hire more ships in the future based on the requirement and will continue expanding its network to help transform India into a gas-based economy. Today, GAIL has the 7th largest LNG portfolio in the world and is supplying natural gas across the world through time and destination swap mechanism. In fact, GAIL is the first company in the world to start time and destination swap.

In line with the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, GAIL (India) Limited is taking continuous steps towards spreading awareness against corruption and creating a culture of transparency and vigilance.
As a part of the drive against corruption, GAIL spreads the message and encourages people to be conscious and contact the Central Vigilance Committee (CVC), an independent apex body, in case they face any form of corruption or undue demands from any of the Central Government offices or related organizations. Every government organization has a CVO who leads the internal vigilance team to ensure corrective measures and action against corruption.
Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD, GAIL (India) Limited, reiterates our commitment to the people of India as a responsible organization, promoting a corporate culture of ethics, transparency, fairness, probity, and innovation.
At GAIL, we encourage good management practices and have made use of technology to digitize processes like tender registrations, billing, etc, to ensure a transparent system for all internal and external stakeholders.
Shri Sandeep Sarkar, CVO, GAIL, highlights that Central Vigilance is not about punitive actions only preventive vigilance is also an important aspect which helps in identifying gaps in the system and ensuring effective implementation.
To create awareness and encourage more and more people to join the movement to remove corruption from the roots of our system, Vigilance Awareness Week is celebrated from 31st October to 6th November. Together we can progress as an ethical nation and make our country rise to the League of developed nations by 2047.
It is time for us to be conscious, vigilant and take individual as well as collective measures to uproot corruption from our country and positively head towards becoming a 5 trillion economy.
