सोमवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के अध्यक्षता में GST काउंसिल की अहम बैठक का आयोजन किया गया.. इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से दो मुद्दों पर चर्चा होनी थीं…. हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस पर जीएसटी की दरें कम करने, और 2000 रुपये से कम के ऑनलाइन (डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड से) ट्रांजेक्शन पर 18% जीएसटी लगाने का मामला था…. फिलहाल इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम सस्ता होने नहीं जा रहा है, क्योंकि इस मसले पर अंतिम फैसला अगली बैठक तक के लिए टाल दिया गया है…

किसी भी प्रोडक्ट का फैक्ट्री संचालक अगर जीएसटी नहीं भरता है यार रिटर्न नहीं भरता है तो खरीददार व्यापारी पर जुर्माना क्यों ?
व्यापारी कैसे जाने का की फैक्ट्री संचालक नहीं जीएसटी रिटर्न नहीं भरा है ?

जीएसटी कमिश्नर ने छोटे मंझोले टैक्सपेयर्स को रिटर्न में राहत देने के लिए व्यापरियों से सुझाव भी लिए -
सेंट्रल जीएसटी में इस बार छत्तीसगढ का परफॉर्मेंस शानदार रहा -
इस साल जीएसटी चोरी करने वालों से 8130 करोड़ रुपये रिकवर किया है।जो कि पिछले साल की कुल रिकवरी 5678 करोड़ से ज्यादा है।उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड काल में राजस्व में कमी आई थी।2019- 20 में 6016 करोड़ राजस्व की प्राप्ति हुई थी।लेकिन अब स्थिति में काफी सुधार हो रहा है।और छत्तीसगढ़ में बाकि राज्यों की तुलना में रिकवरी ग्रोथ रेट अच्छा है।साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि. एन्टी विजन एक्टिविटीज के तहत इस साल 594 करोड़ का डिटेक्शन और रिकवरी 212 करोड़ की है।जो कि पिछले साल की तुलना में 8 गुना ज्यादा है।
